As I was about to return the system I was told they have "new" sensors and they just realized they received a bad batch and are working with another company.....Gave it a try....and same issue returned....some sensors worked....some didn't. I finally returned the system and stopped getting emails.....only to find that they were still billing my credit card even after I returned the equipment. Very nice people and very understanding.....unfortunately their product is not up to par. While we do have a large home, it's an open concept and the sensors that weren't working were no more than 15ft away from the base. The previous owners of my house had a wireless system with no issues at all.....I'm going to be using that company going forward."

A prehung door is a door that already has hinges attached. These types of doors aren’t much more expensive than a non-hung door (around $20 more) and are extremely convenient for a number of reasons, chiefly that you don’t need to drill or align hinges. Leaving vents open but closing doors in unused rooms will probably not save money on your energy bill. Closed doors prevent the natural flow of air throughout the home, which could reduce the efficiency of the overall HVAC system. They could also restrict airflow into and through the return vents, making the HVAC system less efficient.

The best material for door sills depends on durability, aesthetics, and budget. Standard options include wood, metal, and stone. Wood offers a classic look but may require more maintenance. Metal sills, like aluminum or stainless steel, boast durability and resistance to corrosion, making them suitable for modern designs.
