When schedule the appointment, I talk to a friendly person who gives me options of days and times that are convenient for me. When the day arrives to clean, the guys call to confirm what time they are coming. They are happy to move furniture I need help with and they move it all back using styrofoam blocks so my floors look great and my house doesn't have furniture scattered everywhere. We have a dog and we doggy-sit frequently (= occasional potty accidents) and thanks to these guys I still happily sit on the carpet. My kitchen grout changed for the better after you guys were done last time. I'm pretty sure it was 2 shades lighter. I'll keep on calling you!"

"I discovered petpee.com when I was searching online for ways to remove the urine odor from our 10’ x 14’ Karastan wool oriental rug. I had planned to clean the rug myself, but I was intrigued by the videos I saw on YouTube of petpee.com’s owner, Meir Martin, demonstrating how he cleans rugs like mine. I knew then and there that I wanted to turn my rug over rug to Mr. Martin to finally get rid of the urine odor that had been building up for over 10 years. I called him and got a quote of $1079, which included shipping both ways, cleaning the rug, and a guarantee that I would not be able to detect any urine odor when my rug was returned to me. After getting over the sticker shock, my husband gave me the green light to send the rug to petpeepee.com. I think he was more interested in getting rid of my constant complaints about the urine odor than the actual odor itself! Mr. Martin walked us through how to pack up our rug for shipping via UPS, having us send him pictures to make sure we had prepared it properly. Even though we followed his instructions, I received an email from UPS 5 days later that my rug had been lost. I was regretting my decision to send my rug off for cleaning, UNTIL Mr. Martin worked his magic! I’m only the second customer in all the years petpeepee.com has been in business to have her oriental rug go missing, but that was to my benefit, because Mr. Meir knew exactly who to call (in Utah, of all places!) to track down my rug. Mr. Martin called his contact at UPS every day to check on whether my rug had been found and kept me posted each day for a week. On the seventh day after UPS reported my rug had been lost, Mr. Martin called me with the happy news that my rug had been found!!! Apparently some of the tape I had used to secure the label to the package was not completely flat and caused the label and bag to tear. Mr. Martin received my rug via Next Day Air from UPS on August 23 and began the cleaning process the next day. I loved receiving videos and pictures of the rug being cleaned and getting updates from Mr. Martin throughout the process. We received the rug back on September 2, and it smelled as fresh as it did the day we bought it! It looked so clean and new – worth every penny we paid to have petpeepee.com clean it. I really need more than five stars for my recommendation of petpeepee.com and Meir Martin. He is a true professional and the best communicator of any service provider I’ve ever encountered. I will be sending him more rugs soon! When I do, I will be VERY careful about packaging them, including using a HEAVY DUTY bag and taping multiple labels on the inside and outside of the package and making sure EVERYTHING on the outside is smooth and flat. "In February 2021, we had our hardwood floors buffed and recoated before moving into our home. The result was good, but over time it became clear that our regular bi-monthly cleaning needed to be supplemented by a professional cleaning and restoration service. After obviously insufficient research, on May 9th, 2023, we retained COIT cleaning and restoration to complete this cleaning and restoration on an estimated 2,451 square feet of wood floor. After completing about one-third of the job it became clear that in certain areas the machine being used was removing the coating applied in February 2021 and the COIT operators suspended their cleaning activities. COIT did not charge for removing the coating and of course, blame was attributed to the contractor who completed the recoating in February 2021. Several days later our feedback was sought regarding our satisfaction with the COIT service provided. Obviously, this feedback was not entirely positive. On Sun, May 14, 2023, at 11:07 AM, we received an email from Carl Moore, Operations Manager of COIT asking for “a brief description of the situation” and “any pictures you may have.” This was provided on May 15th. After a month of silence, we followed up with Mr. Moore on June 15th. Mr Moore’s response was “It is clearly noted on the work order to proceed with a customer risk signed.” The disclaimer speaks for itself “No satisfaction is guaranteed.”"

"We have used this company before and were very impressed. However this last time they did not clean well in 1 room. You can see the rake marks and the squiggle from what I can only assume was the cleaning solution. I had surgery 5 days later and was not able to call in a timely manner, my bad. However, when I called 3 days past the 30 days they indicated that it was a 30 day warranty and they would not come out without a charge. Nowhere is there anything written about a 30 day warranty, or even any warranty. The accusation was I dirtied the carpet and wanted them to clean it for free. Why lose a good customer for 1 small room?"
