I am a small contractor, I take on small and large jobs, and do 70% of the physical work myself. While I do sub out work, I do not allow other workers in your home when I am not there and only take on one job at a time, so your construction project is always my number 1 responsibility. I always return calls in a reasonable manner and I like to resolve issues as quickly as possible. All of my jobs have progress payments unless they are very small. I will let you be the judge of my character, so call me for your next construction project's estimate.
