He also explained the part would be quite expensive because the replacement had been retooled with metal instead of plastic. He also showed me that I could use the dishwasher without that part being replaced. I chose to replace the part. A short time later, he called to tell me he had found the part locally and could come by the house again right then to replace it. I liked his honesty and the extra effort he made to get the part and replace it in the same day. "

"The provider did exactly what was asked. The job was completed and he cleaned up completely when finished. He was professional (when he was working on the project) and friendly. The problem occurred when he finished the project as he would not honor the "featured deal" that I purchased on Angie's list. The deal was four hours of work for $99. He claimed that he had no idea what the deal was and that he did not work with Angie's List although they have asked him to several times. The interesting thing is that the featured deal is still available on his page and he has had several reviews that have claimed that they have used the deal. I am very confused. He was told when I contacted him on Angie's List's website that I bought the deal. I ended up paying him the amount he required as I was working with an epoxy paint in the garage and was on a time limit to utilize the material. I did not have the time to call Angie's List or argue. The reason he received a "D" in professionalism because he was not honest in regards to working with Angie's List and did not want to discuss the purchased deal. I paid him three times the amount that I paid for the featured deal (which I was not expecting or wanting to). That ended up being $75 an hour; to put up a less than two sheets of paneling, with about four cuts, which was absurd. This is why he received the F for cost. The work was good, but know that it will be costly if you use him and he will not honor deals purchased through Angie's. There are many people available who are just good and much more reasonable.
