He told me that because of the color of the piece it would not make sense to attempt to restore it. He offered helpful advice and suggested cleaning and conditioning if we decide we want to keep it. I looked at the 1 bad review and am puzzled. My experience was quite the opposite"

Our guest tub/shower valve no longer worked and they were able to replace the frozen valve, install new fixtures and, importantly, patch the drywall opened for the repair and resurface and paint it so you’d never know the wall had even been opened. They were also able to thoroughly seal, inside and out, our Master Ensuite windows where we’d had some rain come in during particularly hard storms and also patch a hole on the roof that may have been causing issues too. They also installed tile to the exterior threshold of our Master patio doors and regraded the slope away from the house to solve a water issue there, again in driving rains. They also repaired a small spot of water damage in the ceiling of one of our closets - would never know there had been an issue. No more leaks and, once again, the work was done promptly, efficiently, professionally and by people who are also friendly and entirely trustworthy. We’ve never been disappointed in our dealings with Dave and Clint and Fudi and have always been entirely pleased with the results. We’d highly recommend them."

"I had Mark the owner of AZTRADEPROS come and install a custom bar top for me. I needed something simple yet stylish. He spent about 35 hours on it and I paid him for those 35 hours. He helped me get materials and save the most money by coming with me and helping me purchase it. We ended up with pretty much zero scrap. Everything we bought was used. We made use of his truck a lot which was great. Lots of wood working. It came out exactly as I had hoped and his presence was very enjoyable throughout the process. Very courteous, communication was great, cleaned up after himself, checked in with my often to ensure things were moving in the direction I had preferred, so each hour of his time was put to the best use. I will be hiring him for small other small jobs and keep him in my contacts as a great all around handymen. He has lots of stories of his prior work and he takes passion in whatever he does. Anything that you need a handyman for he could do it no problem. I reccomend, happy customer."
