SPRINKLER PRO

Done quickly.
Warned me that the drip lines were brittle with age (approaching 17 yo) and I could expect additional leaks at any time. Not surprised to hear this.

The installation was fine. But we elected to use Sprinkler Pro because they claimed that they warrantied the products they installed. While they do offer a warranty they also charge for warranty service, a lot. Six months after they installed the system it no longer works and they are seeking their full exorbitant rates to come out and fix the nearly brand new system. We knew when we bought from them that we were paying a premium for the system over what we would have paid in a store to buy it. But we did so hoping that if we ran into difficulties that the company would stand behind the products they install. They do not. Given the exorbitant fees they charge to service the device we asked that they simply provide us with a new part to replace the part that was broken. They refused this request as well despite their claims that the system is warrantied. All in all a thoroughly awful experience.

The work was completed timely and the service person was very friendly and very informative. I had been told the service call would be $69 and would include the first half hour labor. The call was actually $82 since they add $13 for fuel service charge--i.e. at today's prices, about 5 gals of gasoline for their truck. I'm not sure if they assume they are in business without overhead costs, but that would normally be part of the service charge. I would likely look for another contractor in the future who was more forthright and professional in their business.

Repairman arrived on time, very polite. Gave me written estimate for the job. Had all parts on truck, performed all labor in approx 1 hour. Very satisfied with results. He tested drip and sprinkler systems and set control panel before he left. Price I felt was reasonable for what was done. Would call this company again for sprinkler service.

MY EXPERIENCE WAS VERY POSITIVE. THE TECH ARRIVED ON TIME, AND WITHIN 30 MINUTES AT OUR HOUSE HE HAD DIAGNOSED AND COMPLETELY FIXED THE PROBLEM. IT INVOLVED RE-WIRING THE TIMER BOX SO THAT THE DRIP LINES AND SPRINKLER SYSTEM WERE ON SEPARATE CYCLES.

THEY WERE VERY FAST GETTING OUT TO REPAIR THE LEAKS.
