Purchased appliances on three separate occasions last winter in 2016. An electric range costing around a$1000, a dishwasher costing about $600 and a refrigerator costing around $800.

I needed help, and it was easy to find someone to help me. When I went there, they taught me how to install the new toilet. They spent over an hour with me, and are very experienced/friendly. It is easy to get in and out of here as well.

It’s really hard to find anybody, that’s why I don’t like Home Depot that much. You are walking the aisle trying to find somebody to help you.

Very happy with the service they gave us before, during and after the remodel. We went to Home Depot to get a price on new cabinets. We were considering refacing and refinishing options, but when they gave us the price quote, it was obvious all new cabinets were the way to go. We used a different source for our granite countertop. Charlene worked with us step by step to get the cabinets that would work best for us. The price was right as was the quality. We enjoyed working with Charlene and felt that everyone involved was attentive to our needs. Home Depot Redmond is unusual as they provide a Home Depot Project Manager to keep an eye on the project and to make sure all is going well through the whole project - he was great and had great ideas when we came across a couple of things that were coming out differently than expected. Recommending this particular location of Home Depot for your remodeling needs. The company they recommended for us to use (and who we did use) is Norwest Kitchen and Remodel, which we also recommended under their company name.

The salesman that I got was very nice but unknowingly came up a few things on the order. Instead of keeping our refrigerator that's inside our house, we ended up putting it in the garage and went ahead and hold them off, and got a more efficient refrigerator to put out in the garage, so when they delivered the washer and dryer, the stocking kit was there so they could not install it, and so I have to decline it and it had to be re-ordered, another 2 weeks delay and by that it's been without a washer and dryer for like 2 months so it was a massive inconvenience. But when I went in to complain, I said, "This is what happened and this is what I want. I want to pay for the washer, dryer, and refrigerator and I want you to pay for all of the hoses and cords that you normally charge for," and that's what they did, so they accommodated the big incontinence that we had. That made me happy because it was an error. All I pay for was the actual merchandise, did not pay for any extra, the delivery and installation was already free, whereas the mother company has standard charge for delivery. They are easier to deal with the price and when I went in and told them what I like, they did it. They handled the problem the way that I wanted it. They forgot the stacking cast and they can't install it because of that but they came out with a U-haul or something.

My experience was fine. Great, not problems. They were friendly and helpful and had the knowledge of the information, or the material.

One of the best experience customer service experiences in recent times. We were at Home Depot for the labor day sale to buy appliances for our new home. Lee Jones was our associate. We had come to the store a month before to browse through the appliances and we had met Lee then. Lee remembered us from our last visit and was very friendly. We really liked his frankness and he was not pushy at all in making us buy a specific brand. He laid out the facts and let us decide.
Home Depot also had the best deals around. I had been to Sears, Best Buy and Lowes. Though Lowes prices were comparable I would any day come to Home Depot for their excellent customer service. Keep up the good work guys!

The location we usually go to didn't have what we needed so we went to this location. They explained everything in detail about what to do. They were just very helpful. There was no hassle with them.

Home Depot does everything. The gutters are great but the price was not that great. We had a few quotes and we went with Home Depot because they had the longest warranty. The prices were all pretty similar. They did good work.

It is your typical rental place. I would refer other people. The overall experience was excellent. The price and quality were excellent. I would use this provider again.

The equipment was clean and worked well. The price was good.

The Home Depot sent workers to install a new LG steam washer for our laundry. They hauled away our old washer carefully not to damage the door to garage, and installed a new washer to our laundry. They paid extra attentions to install this new washer and explained us how it works. They even put the machine on for us so that the machine could get rid of any chemical smell that carried from the factory. The workers were very careful and professional. We are happy with their work.

The planning paid off so that when Counter-Tech Inc. came to measure. They pretty much knew what we required and worked with us to accomplish the final product. They made several suggestions that improved the looks. My husband removed the countertops and had everything ready (they would have done it but we saved some money). The installers called ahead and arrived at the appointed time, did the work, cleaned up. They were professional, friendly and did not mind answering questions. We would use them again.

I think that they were not very responsible or punctual. I ordered it sometime between November and December of 2006 and got it around Easter day of 2007. I was upset because they could have called me and told me what was going on. In the end, I was happy with the quality of the work though.

I think they did a good job overall but I think that they should ve gave us a little more advice on the lumber situation. The installation was great though as it looked fabulous. I think I would use them again if I needed to because they did do everything right except for that.

Kelly and Mary, the design consultants at this Home Depot were very good at helping me select the right blinds. The subcontractor's employee, Ryan, who installed the blinds was very pleasant, did a good job, and showed me how to work the top down/bottom up feature of the blinds. Also gave me tips for cleaning them.

IT TOOK AWHILE TO FIND SOMEONE WHO CAN HELP, BUT ONCE I FOUND SOMEBODY IT WAS FINE. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL IN MAKING SURE I GOT EVERYTHING I NEEDED WITH THE CHAINSAW I PICKED. GOT THE EXTENSION CORD IN THE RIGHT GAUGE AND CHAIN/BAR OIL. THEY USUALLY HAVE WHAT YOU'RE LOOKING FOR, AND IF YOU CAN'T FIND IT THEY'RE USUALLY VERY HELPFUL. JUST HAVE TO FIND SOMEONE.

THEY HAD TO MAKE A TEMPLATE AND THEY CAME OUT TWICE IN ORDER TO FIT THE NEW GRANITE TOPS IN THE KITCHEN. IT TOOK LESS THAN ONE DAY. THEY DID A VERY QUICK JOB, CONSIDERING, AND THEY DID A GOOD JOB.
