We recently used Para for a list of home maintenance and repairs and we were incredibly impressed. From my initial contact, the communication was clear and their system is easy to use to ask questions, submit projects and add photos. They arrived right on time, were courteous, and took the time to fully assess the projects. They completed the work efficiently and with great attention to detail. During their initial thorough inspection, they changed lightbulbs, checked smoke alarms (actually replaced at couple), changed and cleaned filters, and so much more. While clearing a slow draining sink they even found a small leak under my bathroom sink and fixed it. I’ve had this list of “things” to get done… they knocked so much of it out in 2 days! In addition to the maintenance items they completed, they replaced a couple ceiling fans, installed a replacement RO system under my kitchen sink, changed out front light fixtures. The final result looks fantastic and I feel great about checking so many things off my list and especially pleased knowing that all of my household “maintenance” has all been completed. They were respectful of my home and the work areas were left clean after they finished. I was so pleased with their whole process. Para was upfront about the costs, and I felt the pricing was fair for the high level of service provided and the broad scope of work they were able to complete. I really appreciate the peace of mind knowing they are taking the best care of my home and that regular and seasonal maintenance will be performed as recommended. I can’t recommend Para enough!
