Best asbestos removal specialists near Mesa, AZ

"I owned a rental property that suffered a catastrophic fire loss. Even worse was that the 2000 square-foot home test tested positive for Asbestos. I went and got estimates from 10+ asbestos abatement companies and Paul not only was, by far, the most cost-effective. On top of that, you could call him and literally talk to the owner about your job. He went to great lengths to work with me so that the abatement contract worked for both of us. They started exactly when they said they would and they did an absolute phenomenal job. There was actually some scope creep that Paul was extremely fair pricing. He could’ve easily gouged me, but did just the opposite. After I paid him in full, I found some really minor issues, brought it to Paul’s attention and he took care of it the next day in a manner that far, far exceeded expectations. This is a great company! They will take very good care of you."

"The team was awesome! Very responsive, came out on short notice and did some testing to ensure our plaster walls didn’t contain any asbestos. Then very quickly removed mold from our hallway and cleaned the studs well to prevent and further growth. Appreciate how timely and clean the team was."

"Tracey gave me lots of recommendations for what I can do to my home to make it safe and disinfected after his inspection. He also provided the name of vendors that would help me with remediation and cleaning."

"Although I ultimately went another direction... Great Abate Restoration went above and beyond to help me ask the right questions and find the best solution for my situation. Very much appreciated"

"I've worked with many contractors over the year and it seems like something always finds a way to go wrong. This was not the case on this project. Zona Restoration was amazing. They had excellent communication and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Their work was impeccable, no dust or debris left anywhere. I cant thank them enough for the amazing job they did for me. If you're looking for an asbestos abatement or asbestos removal contractor look no further."

"Jason was just terrific. He went out of his way to accommodate my wish for an inspection as soon as possible. He went way above and beyond."

"I initially hired Adams to perform pre-renovation testing because our home is older and there was a possibility of lead and/or asbestos. They offered a very reasonable price for the testing. I wasn?t even aware they had a reconstruction division when I first contacted them, but I ultimately hired them to complete the renovations as well. Everyone was very personable and made me feel completely comfortable having them in my home. They did an amazing job, and I?m extremely pleased with the overall experience and the quality of their work."

"Great service on time and helpful information."

"This company was priced very reasonably, and they were very flexible with their scheduling. I hired them to demolish and remove a 30 ft tall golf net structure from the back of my home. It was a delicate project given the location and the terrain. ALM did a great job!"
