My new house had an undisclosed water leak, and a significant amount of black mold that was not noticed by my home inspector. It was a very stressful experience, to say the least. Emergency Evolution was quick to respond and able to provide essential reports, advice and next steps. In fact, Emergency Evolution returned a couple more times to test additional suspected mold sources as well. I feel confident in their abilities and would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs a mold expert. I’d also recommend that all homeowners do a mold test before they purchase a new house; it will give you peace of mind and save you thousands of dollars.
