We called Tracy at AIAQ before noon on Wednesday the day before Thanksgiving. He was on-site within an hour. Tracy confirmed we had mold in our carpet and took some samples for lab testing to determine exactly what type of mold we were dealing with. About an hour after Tracy left, I received an email from him with a list of trusted and reliable remediation contractors. We called one of them and they will be here Saturday to assess the damage.
