While the first time the grout cracked, this company came out to fix it, the second time I was told it would be called "maintenance" and I would be charged, even though the work should still be under warranty. The first time it happened I was told that's common problem which surprised me. I don't think maintenance is an excuse for not fixing a problem created by the company. This was a special kind of grout and should not be cracking within months of the project's completion."

The men who brought counter tops and cut them in street which we told salesman that wouldn?t work since we are in a condo complex. The dust went everywhere, some neighbors had dust on windows, cars and garage. No one from this company has called after installation to see if everything was done correctly."
