"I've been using this company off and on for several years. They aren't the least expensive, but I'll tell you, they are the best! I have a vacation rental and a sump pump...not a good combination. Last night, the guest reported sewage backing into the shower and bathtub. I got in touch with Beverly at 8 a.m., and she had someone at the house by 9:30. Beverly has always taken my calls these past few years, and she feels like a family member who is there to help. She is always helpful and talks me off a ledge when I'm stressed about a plumbing issue. Thank you, Beverly! Ryan was my service tech, and, like all their staff, he was prompt, courteous, and professional. He informed me about each step and took pictures to show me what the problem was and the resolution. He handled a disgusting job that almost all people would not touch. They resolved my issue, and my current guest was very happy. Thanks for digging out all the grease that prior guests have dumped down the sink. Not a good combo with the sump pump and plumbing. Happy Holidays to all!"

Tom advised me to consider the value of repairing, parts costs and time required, vs. a new purchase and the effort to repair was not going to be simple. We chatted about the pros/cons a lot. "My fiancé called this company on Sunday to be told that she needed to hire a leak detection company to verify where the leak was. After digging for a few hours and getting very close to the leak, the leak detector showed up the next day (Monday) and verified we were right on top of it. It should've been another 18 inches or so down. He charged us $300. So we called Blue back and we were happy to hear that they were sending someone out that afternoon. He showed up, dug about 12 inches in less than an hour, told us the leak was not there, charged us $200, and told us we needed to get the leak detector back out to find the leak. So we called them back and they were happy to come back out the next day (Tuesday) for no further charges to verify the leak was where they said it was. After confirming that I called Blue back and they did not like my attitude and told me to use somebody elses services. $500 dollars to 2 companies and I still only have a hole in the ground I dug myself."
