Door works better now better than ever. Jose Perea was our service man. He was efficient, friendly and knew just what to do to correct the problem. Our door work beautifully now. Even when the door was new, it did not function as well as it does now. We are happy with the workmanship. Left the garage looking good.

Gilbert Garcia was our technician for this job. He was on time, courteous, personable, and highly professional. We needed a garage door opener release lock replaced and a new entry key lock or key pad. We discussed the situation with Gilbert and together we determined, because we are selling the home, that all we asked for was really not necessary. Gilbert could have taken the opportunity to sell us much more service than we needed but did the honest thing to inform us that it wasn’t all necessary. He just fixed what absolutely needed fixing and did it quickly and competently. I would highly recommend this company and Gilbert Garcia to anyone. Pam A.

I spent $1400. They came out a second time to adjust it after I complained. Overall it was good, the owner of the business came out to reset the door because there was an issue when it got installed so he readjusted and lubricated it and everything. So it was pretty good. I didn't watch them install it but the installation was about average.

The appointment was schedule for 1200-1400. The first and only call from the technician was 1345 letting us know that he's just finishing up a job and around 25 minutes away....I was planning to cancel BUT when him and his partner arrive and we talk about the job and cost. I was OVERALL satisfied with the repair and the time it was done.

Brent worked quickly and in a professional manner. The door now works almost silently and better than new.

Nothing! No call-no explanation-nothing!, I am left with an unsafe garage door, and the worst part is I still have to find someone to fix it!

From the first visit with the sales person to the day the doors where installed all was excellent.  The price was great with all of the upgrades we got and the 1 installer did all three doors in one day.  Excellent.

The scheduler was very friendly and provided detailed information on what type of service they would be doing and how much it would cost.  She scheduled the service for same day (on a Saturday).
The technician was totally prepared with all necessary parts and was very knowledgeable about the entire door assembly.  He quickly identified the problem and the solution, and quickly and easily completed the repairs.  He explained exactly what he was doing and also provided a lot of good insight about my door and the issues I may have in the future.

he was doing and any recommendation needed.  Customer service was excellent and we would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs fast repairs for their garage.

Gary called 15 minutes before he arrived to let me know he was on his way and his estimated time of arrival.  When he arrived, I told him what my concerns were and asked what we could fix vs. getting a whole new garage door and motor.  I wasn't sure what was needed but my garage door was making horrible grinding/scraping sounds and the sections were bumping and popping and I was worried that any day a spring was going to snap and damage my car or that the door wouldn't be able to lift and I wouldn't be able to get to work.  He told me what my options were and the pricing for each.  Once I decided what I wanted done, he set to work and was done within 2 hours.  The job that I ended up having him do was much bigger than I had planned and I'm glad that he had everything he needed on his truck so I didn't have to wait for another available service day.  I spent more than I wanted to (only because I didn't really know what was wrong and the price would be) but it's money well spent and you really can't put a price on peace of mind.  I have a lifetime warranty now and know who to call in the future for this type of service. I'm glad that I don't have to worry about my garage door falling apart on me at any given moment and I know my neighbors are thrilled that they don't have to listen to that horrible noise anymore.

I wish all repairs would go so smoothly!  From the time of our phone call, the repair moved forward quickly.  The service technician came with a fully-stocked truck.  He had all of the parts needed to quickly and efficiently repair the door to good working order.  it took less than two hours and everything was operational again - even better than before!

My garage door opener had quit.  I called Precision Door in Temecula & made an appointment, hoping it could be repaired.  Andrew was the technician who came out, & after checking the old contractor-grade unit, explained that the manufacturer was no longer in business & parts were not available.  He also evaluated the condition of the door & recommended that it be rebuilt, pointing out reasons why as he inspected it.  He left an estimate with me to rebuild the door & install a new opener.   
After reviewing the estimate for the new opener, I decided to upgrade it & called the office to renegotiate the contract.  I was called back by Don, the owner, & agreed to the new contract terms.  An appointment was scheduled & Andrew returned 4 days later. He treated me with courtesy throughout his visit & patiently answered questions to my complete satisfaction.  The door has operated without incident since then, & I'm enjoying the high quality products which were installed.  Their warranty is also very important to me.  
I did find it necessary to contact Don again to have him deliver the Remote Light Control which was shorted on the order.  He left it at my front door the same day.  I call that good service.    

Precision Door Service came and did the job well and he was here and gone and I paid him and that was it. I got what I paid for. He showed up on time, when he said he was going to show up. That's kind of handy. He did it without any muss or fuss. It was what I expected.

Precision Door Service came to my home six months ago to repair my then existing garage door and fixed a broken spring.  At that time, the garage door technician informed me that my garage door motor was "on its last legs".  He gave me the option at that time to either repair or replace the garage door.  For financial reasons at that particular time, I decided on the repair.  In hindsight, I wish that I had just replaced the garage door as just six months later, my motor did indeed stop working.
I subsequently called Precision Door Service to return to my home to give me a formal quote on a new garage door with opener and motor.  The salesperson showed me new doors that would fit my needs and yet be unique in comparison to my neighbor's garage doors.  I really was pleased with this information and was able to choose one of the options that I really liked.  The quote also included decorative hardware which added such a wonderful look to the exterior of the door and added also great curb appeal.  I placed a deposit with the company after being informed that the delivery estimate would be approximately two weeks.  Sure enough, at the end of two weeks I received a phone call stating that my door was available for installation.  Arranging the time for installation was a breeze and Precision Door Service was compliant with my time constraints.  The installation took approximately three and a half hours to install, and I was so impressed and amazed by this timely manner.  The installer took the time to instruct me on how the garage door functioned and also the type of maintenance required to keep this brand new door running smoothly and seamlessly.
The greatest thing about this experience is that I received a lifetime warranty on my garage door and garage door motor.  Once again, I highly recommend Precision Door Service for you, your family and your friends.
