"I've been using Carpet Police for years and I am always glad when I call them! When schedule the appointment, I talk to a friendly person who gives me options of days and times that are convenient for me. When the day arrives to clean, the guys call to confirm what time they are coming. They are happy to move furniture I need help with and they move it all back using styrofoam blocks so my floors look great and my house doesn't have furniture scattered everywhere. We have a dog and we doggy-sit frequently (= occasional potty accidents) and thanks to these guys I still happily sit on the carpet. My kitchen grout changed for the better after you guys were done last time. I'm pretty sure it was 2 shades lighter. I'll keep on calling you!"

"We rely on them! Have had some bad experiences with other companies but Nermina and her mother are wonderful. They have been coming here for years now. Always accommodating, and are willing to work around our schedule if something unexpected happens. I am unable because of back injuries to do many things that are never a problem to these helpers. Nermina always asks if there is something special that needs to be done this time. We have two dogs so there are hair and other issues you get with pets. My ladies know what needs to be done and just do it. The house looks so lovely when they are done. I wish I would afford to have them here every day. Their cleaning products smell lovely and never damage surfaces. We have some things that would need to be locked away if other workers came here but with Nermina and her mother, we don't even give it a second thought. I have recommended them to people who are very happy with their services. We are so blessed to have them in our lives."

"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

"We were able to get an appointment on fairly short notice. Many options for the windows were given, and various price options. They were knowledgeable in window materials and spent time discussing how the Arizona weather acts with each material (we are from the east coast). We had 2 arched windows we wanted plantation shutters to be installed, and various options were provided to reduce cost. No pressure to make decisions on the spot. We were able to complete the transaction(order/installation) remotely. We ordered plantation shutters for 14 windows. Installers showed up on time, were clean, courteous and professional, and installed the window treatments in a prompt manner. Very happy with the product. We will use them in the future to do treatments on the back of the house."

"Our home was being painted so I requested Better View take down the shade/sun screens and place in our garage to prevent damage during painting. Prior to our Dec. 11th 2021 appointment, communication with the office confirmed the appointment. She told me there were a lot of screens, which I responded 22. I did miss 1 small sunscreen so 23 total. She had a higher number. I was fine with whatever they took down as we had used them for over a year. The result was removal of all sunscreens and bug screens. The painters leave the bug screens in place due to being easily bent. Christian and Justin returned on Dec. 27th, 2021, post painting to clean the exterior windows and put all screens back up, I found 6 bug screens missing. Perplexed, I called the office thinking they took them in for rescreening since we discussed doing that with a few screens at some point. It was not the case. The office lady was rude, she kept telling me to pay Justin so they could get to their next job. They were scheduled from 1000-1200. They showed at 0800. No notice of the change. I agreed for them to start when I could have held to my appointment time. Clearly, they had overbooked due to the arranging of the schedule and her demands to pay so they could go to next job. My appointment was made in November for the cleaning. When I tried to discuss the missing screens she became very defensive. I ask her to look up my original screen count with Kyle, who always came out until Decembers visits. She admitted Kyles counts were higher but refused to give me a number. Her math didn’t add up and she refused to acknowledge it. I had the owner of the painting company send pics from the bid and one of the windows with no shade/sun screen had a bug screen prior to Dec. 11th 2021. One of the six missing. I reviewed my ring security cameras. I saw the dining room shade screens removed and the two bug screens, obviously smaller, leaning against the tall sunscreens. Then I watched one bug screen walk away and it never returned. Again perplexed, I called the office and let the lady know what I had found. I also ask Justin if he was out on Dec. 11th 2021 and he stated, no but Christian was out. Christian was on my Ring camera. Christian remembered nothing. Justin knew I was upset about the missing screens and as he was leaving stated, I was here when the screens came down. The office lady recanted his statement and stated he meant he was out with Kyle in October. 4 people at the house in October and only saw 1 person cleaning windows. The office lady insisted he was there because they paid him. She continued to insist the screens had been missing all along. I informed her it was inaccurate as she had never been to my home, a home inspection from the sale showed all screens in place. She was not present in October to see how many employees were at my home. She could only make assumptions and could not be sure of anything. She insisted the painters must have been in my garage and took 3 different sized bug screens totaling 6 screens out of the assortment. I informed her the painters did not have access to my garage. She then insisted Ring cameras can distort the appearance of the screens so I did not see the 2 bug screens which I clearly did. I informed her she has not seen the footage so she can not make that statement. She had no magical explanation for the photo the painter provided. She spent a great deal of time trying to get everyone’s story the same amongst the employees. The simplest explanation, some of the bug screens got bent. A simple fix but it would appear such an infraction could lead to severe consequences for the employee. My perception is this company is ho*** ** its employees and they are fearful of consequences. I would have recommended them with Kyle but after this, I CAN NOT RECOMMEND BETTER VIEW WINDOW IN TUCSON. The owner called and left a message but I have not returned the call for fear of the same bullying her office lady tried. Just save yourself the trouble and money. If a customer who has spent 1K+ in 2021 with them means nothing, they aren’t worth it. My perception is they have no loyalty nor value the customer."
