"Two cleaning techs showed up on time, if not a bit early.  I had the checklist filled out, with an idea of the cleaning process to follow as I have cats who use one bathroom as theirs (meant I needed to get the litter boxes out prior to cleaning that bathroom, along with having another bathroom to put them in while cleaning was completed.).
The two young women worked well together as a team, splitting up the cleaning (just as I'd anticipated).  They were efficient and good at the cleaning they did.  
Plus, they vacuumed a couple of big area rugs in addition to the floors and mopped all the tile/wood floor in our house.
They walked me through each area as they cleaned it, letting me know what they'd done and if it was to my satisfaction, which it was.
