We were able to get an appointment on fairly short notice. Many options for the windows were given, and various price options. They were knowledgeable in window materials and spent time discussing how the Arizona weather acts with each material (we are from the east coast). We had 2 arched windows we wanted plantation shutters to be installed, and various options were provided to reduce cost. No pressure to make decisions on the spot. We were able to complete the transaction(order/installation) remotely. We ordered plantation shutters for 14 windows. Installers showed up on time, were clean, courteous and professional, and installed the window treatments in a prompt manner. Very happy with the product. We will use them in the future to do treatments on the back of the house.

The Blind Guys provided and installed Hunter Douglas blinds and shutters for 16 windows in our new home. The pricing was very competitive. Patt (Design Consultant) was excellent and helped us pick the perfect window treatments and took all the measurements. The blinds and shutters were installed by Mike (Owner) and his staff. Everything fit perfectly and they installed 4 large blinds and 12 shutters in about 2.5 hours. The Blind Guys are fantastic and we highly recommend them.

Excellent product and service

We just moved into a house with some 20 silhouette blinds. They needed cleaning with water stains, dirt/dust, and trapped insects. Blind Guys explained their new ultrasonic cleaning process. They set up an appointment and arrived as planned. Were very professional throughout and removed and returned our blinds in less than 72 hours. They look nearly brand new. Great service, promptly and professionally done.

From Patt measuring and consulting on colors and type of blinds / shutters would work best for us, to the installers who were timely efficient and professional - we couldn't be more happy. We highly recommend Blind Guys!!

Excellent and professional from purchase thru install

Installation services and finished product were excellent. This involved fabrication and installation of custom window shades. When pieces of custom work were damaged during shipment from factory, The Blind Guys took immediate action, and working within our schedule arranged and installed replacement in a very short time. Would definitely recommend.

From the time we walked into their store until they left it was first rate. Everyone was friendly, helpful and professional. They were also prompt. It was easy from start to finish. I highly recommend.

Wow-so disappointing!!!!! Pros: Pat in sales was awesome! Patrick on the phone was great! Con’s: we had to work on the day of installion-i cleated this with Pat. I planned to come home on my lunch hour to check on the progress and pay for the balance due. I came home and the blinds that were done looked great! I told them how pleased I was and promptly paid the balance due. I even called Patrick to tell him how pleased we were. The installers told me they would need to use a little caulk in s few places. I said that would be fine. When I came home after work I was really disappointed to see they had used lots of caulk! And it was smudged and dried on the walls. It was a inch out from where the caulk was even needed. To make matters worse there was other globs on the walls. I thought no big deal I can clean it off......hours later I have used goo gone, paint thinner, sanding blocks, soap and water, putty knife, razor blade. The huge problem is they used Silicone caulk whicjh my painter says can’t be “painted over” we have spent hours...literally trying to get these many areas ready to be re -painted. And it looks like crap! -mind you right before the blinds came we had our home Custom painted. So yeah it appears as soon as I went back to work and paid they didn’t care anymore! Sad statement but I’m still scrubbing and not happy

Very professional - originally we had an issue with the Hunter Douglas motorized blinds not closing completely however Patt worked with Hunter Douglas and they replaced everything. Patt followed up and oversaw the entire replacement process and expediated the install.

The company owner, Mike came to our home to explain options. Everything was done professionally. Mike also responded promptly to a small correction that needed to be made.

Service and products were OUTSTANDING! Every person involved with this company is customer focused, from sales to installation. There was no pressure to buy, sales person came to our new home and brought samples, listened to what we wanted and then gave suggestions. She found selections within our budget. Her window measurements were exact! They made provisions for instillation the day we needed and that also went perfectly- expert installers and FAST!
