The ladies at Preferred Klean-Co did a best-in-class job on a move-out / move-in whole house cleaning. Every surface was very well detailed and not an inch was missed, even in hard-to-reach areas. Their communication, timeliness, and professionalism were exceptionally strong. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone who cares about quality and value.

This rental house was, unfortunately, left a real mess in so many ways. The Preferred Kleen team spent an entire day totally transforming it into a sparkling, livable home, ready for the next residents. I called it a miracle. I will definitely hire them again!!

The house cleaning went extremely well. I am incredibly satisfied with the way Patricia and her team took precautions with COVID. They sanitized and disinfected everything. They were also very kind, punctual, and professional. I would 100% recommend them and keep using their services in the future!

I needed a last minute clean in order to list my house for sale during the holidays. Patricia was very responsive and accomdated my date at the last minute. Her team did an amazing job in a short amount of time. She ensured we did a walk through and was highly communicative. Her pricing is very reasonable.

The ladies of Preferred Klean always do a great job with my home. They leave my home looking spotless each and every time. They have such great attention to the details of my home and make it seamless. Even with two dogs who shed so much they manage to make the home feel and look as if they did not. They do excellent work each and every time! They are friendly, punctual and professional, and they communicate with me about what may need extra attention such as blinds, fans, etc. to keep my home looking sharp all the time. Needless to say these ladies are amazing!

I regret that Preferred Klean-Co’s owner & CEO, Patricia Villela failed to reply to multiple messages to confirm dates which were to follow the first service call. We were quite happy with the the team of three and the work they did for us and hoped to continue to use the service. Following on 1st cleaning 6/5/19, I called to complement her and her staff and to confirm bi-weekly cleaning dates. Patricia then said that she wasn’t well so I asked for her email and that same day, emailed her the dates for June & July, requesting confirmation. When she didn’t reply, on 6/8/19 resent the email. No reply. On 6/12/19 I called and a recorded message said the mailbox was full. On 6/13/19 I called and was then able to leave a detailed message requesting a call back. No call back as of today, 06/18/19.

It went extremely well. They called prior to coming expecting to be a few minutes late due to traffic (9:00appt.) They arrived shortly thereafter with all their equipment in had! All 3 ladies were pleasant. Like "elves" they went about everything that needed to be done. When they were finished, Patricia (the owner) took me around to see how everything looked and what was done. Very pleased. I contracted with them at the time to come every two weeks!

The team was running a little late but called to let me know. When they arrived, we did a walk through and discussed my needs. They did an excellent cleaning job, better than expected, and I am very picky about cleanliness. The job was completed in a timely manner and the whole crew was friendly, polite, hardworking and exceeded my expectations. The price was very reasonable.

Broken glass and furniture was dumped behind my house. I called it in to Environmental Services and was served notice to clean it up. I was physically unable to do this and called many different people for help. Then I remembered Angie's List. Preferred Klean-Co were back to me immediately and had the alley cleaned by the next day. Since they do corporate sized jobs, I thought this would be too small. They exceeded expectation and at a reasonable price. Moreover, they are just incredibly nice people.
