My problem was with two shower valves that functioned improperly. Raymond, the plumber, gave me a reliable estimate of what it would cost to repair the valves. He did so and the valves work perfectly. Another plumber insisted that the Moen valves must be replaced. His estimate was $1,000 more. I think that the company saved me $1,000. I plan to use this company in the future for plumbing work.

There was a smell coming from the drain in the kitchen of our rental property. The dishwasher hose was not looped properly. They charged over $100 to position the loop in the drain hose and put two screws in to secure the dishwasher to the counter. The work and responsiveness was very good, but they definitely overcharge.

I phoned Drain Squad at 9am Christmas Eve morning and they were more than helpful and timely in making it to our property to resolve the issue that day. From Lisa in the office to Ramon in the field this crew is top notch and very customer service focused. They called me within minutes after submitting a request through Service Magic. overall the service was good, the reason I am giving them 4 stars because the window they gave me was from 5-7 pm and at 6:59 a rep called me to tell me the plumber would be there in 20 mins. Needless to say he didnt show up until 7:40. Other than that good, fast service.
