We don't have standard plans and have never used the same design twice. We use the latest 3D design technology called Building Information Modeling or "BIM" in our office which helps us to help you visualize your project before ever putting a shovel in the ground. BIM also allows us to concentrate on the design instead of the construction drawings while also allowing us to produce construction drawings more quickly, accurately and at less cost than traditional CAD or drafting techniques.\n
