Hi, My name is Scott Trimmer and I've been designing custom homes and other buildings for over seventeen years all around Arizona. \n Here at STa Architecture, we realize that every client and project is unique and we don't try to fit you into a design box. We don't have standard plans and have never used the same design twice. We use the latest 3D design technology called Building Information Modeling or "BIM" in our office which helps us to help you visualize your project before ever putting a shovel in the ground. BIM also allows us to concentrate on the design instead of the construction drawings while also allowing us to produce construction drawings more quickly, accurately and at less cost than traditional CAD or drafting techniques.\n
