The room isn't large and 2 king sized items made quite the challenge to do the work. Pablo was able to determine how to efficiently go about the process. He was also professional, knowledgeable. He was able to give me options on the universal headboard bracket that was not fitting my headboard properly. I was his last job of the night which was already near 7pm when he arrived. "Tony is a great contractor and craftsman. He repainted our condo, removed and replaced the kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities and toilets and replaced the kitchen floor. He replaced and repaired the interior doors and closet doors. He made the condo look like brand new, which is magic since the Condo is 30 years old. Tony told me the condo "looks fresh", which made me feel good. Tony looks at the job and made recommendations that enhanced the look of the condo. As Tony cautioned me, these projects often find unexpected issues. He had just finished painting the bathroom ceiling and water started leaking from the upstairs condo. I was not in town, but Tony worked with the resident upstairs and found and fixed the leak. Needless to say both the owner of the upper unit and I were very pleased with Tony's quick actions and the quality of the work he performed. . That portion of the project was completed in half a day, and everyone was very happy. Tony has so much knowledge of products and must have every tool in the world. He does everything well, no challenge stops him. Tony is always conscious of cost and kept me informed of any changes. Last;y. when Tony says he is going to be there he is. He is prompt and keeps to the schedule he gives you. I reside out of state and relied on Tony to coordinate all aspects of the job.
