"To no fault of Advanced Concrete Lifting. Our slab dropped 1/2 inch. In all fairness, I feel the soul is just too soft and saturated at this time. also, I have to re-route a downspout that dumps water into this area; even though it has not yet rained."

"Gauge is a Representative who puts his Clients first. He reminds me, of a younger me. (This says a lot, because I was always a top notch Sales Rep and I retired early, as a result of my personal efforts and how I always did, as I said, and placed my Clients as top priority). I have yet to begin my project, but he won over my business and I?m excited to see the results. I?m confident they will exceed my expectations."

"We had Concrete Coatings apply cool decking to our entire back patio. The results are beautiful and we couldn't be happier. Carlos was also thorough and answered all our questions when he came to our home to give us the estimate. The price was far better than any other estimate we received. I would highly recommend this company and entire staff!"

Concrete Mudjacking questions, answered by experts

Concrete leveling is absolutely worth it if you have sunken concrete slabs and want to restore them to level, especially if the slab is part of your home foundation. Concrete leveling is less than half the price of replacing concrete sidewalks, patios, walkways, and pool decks, and it’s about a quarter of the cost of replacing a foundation. If you also treat the underlying problem, it can be a worthwhile and permanent solution.

Mudjacking is suitable for sidewalks, driveways, patios, and nearly all exterior flat structures. However, it may not suit severely damaged or heavily cracked areas.

Mudjacking is usually reserved for light-duty slabs, like patios, driveways, and sidewalks. However, it can be an effective way to lift garage slabs and concrete around the perimeter of the home, which could harm your foundation if it’s not done properly. The risk of damage is why having a professional mudjacking company carry out the work is important. This type of slab or foundation repair is relatively inexpensive, especially if you consider that a DIY job requires that you pay to rent the necessary equipment.

The polyurethane used for polyjacking will expand and cure in 15 to 30 minutes. After that point, your slab will be safe to walk on and even drive on in the case of a sidewalk or concrete driveway. Double-check with your concrete lifting specialist to confirm a curing timeline, as products can differ.

Charges correlate with surface size, settlement depth, and access, often yielding significant savings over concrete replacement.
