A few weeks after our initial repair, we noticed some new, unrelated cracking that appeared in the still bare floors. We were worried because it was a matter of days until our new floors were scheduled for install. Charles went ABOVE and BEYOND any reasonable expectation to make sure everything was fixed before your floors were installed - working through the weekend. Took one extra day to finish the work, but they did not charge me any additional fees. 3 month later, I had a feeling that the column/wall is moving again and call Kevin.
