"I waited 4 weeks for them to come down for a Generator install estimate. 8/21/23 and they were a no show...no call, no nothing. Horrible customer service. I wouldn't hire them to change a light bulb. And NO MR. ELECTRIC.....my appointment was scheduled for the MORNING and I kept the email that says that. If you'd like to see it.....send me your email and I'll forward it to you. There was NO confusion on my part. It was YOUR company that dropped the ball. Time for you to OWN IT and don't blame the customer who waited 4 weeks to only get stood up. Here's the email YOU guys sent me.....Read it. It says IN THE MORNING. He was very nice to work with and returned my call right away when I reached out to him and he showed up within 24 hrs. of my initial call. "guy took my tv all the way to eloy in a tiny car to repair it. i handed him a box with a full set of replacement PCB"s that he wanted to use for testing. he ended up junking the tv and keeping the box of PCB's i gave him for testing. he swore he would return them when he was done. but now he wont even answer his phone or return any messages. for all i know he's using my tv right now. expected more out of him, but i guess all he really is, is a thief and a con. he may have been reliable at some time a few years ago. but not anymore. dude owes me $450 now. "
