This place damaged my brand new (to me) Dodge Charger, my car sounded great before I took it to Audio Express. Then I made the mistake of trusing them to install a double din stereo (deck) first of all the prices are way high, second the sales guys are rude. Third they could not even install this stereo in my car right the first time I went, I had to go and waste my time about six times and still cant get it right, they ruined my dash, and plastic covers to the AC, the stereo system sounds like a broken down toyota. Please note that my car was awesome before they touched it. Now my speakers are blown and have a good stereo deck but the sound is horrible. I tried to talk it out with the manager to help me but they did not help any they said the blown speakers were my fault basically and had to dish out more money for there mistake. This is the second car I took to Audio Express that they ruined! Please dont buy from these guys the prices are way to high they charge hidden fees, and on top of that they cant install stereos! dont believe me just read all the reviews from customers all over the valley!! Im not the only customer that had thier car ruined by Audio Express

I WENT IN TO AUDIO EXPRESS TO PURCHASE A RADIO FOR MY VEHICLE AFTER MINE HAD BEEN STOLEN. THE STAFF WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPED ME PICK OUT A STEREO THAT WAS IN MY BUDGET. NOT ONLY DID I GET A GOOD DEAL ON A CAR STEREO, THEY INSTALLED IT FOR A DOLLAR WHILE I WAITED.
