"This company was a dream to work with. They were very responsive when we were first getting the bid and then they squeezed us in to get our sidewalk paved.. Adam was right there with his men. They showed up at 7 m and started right to work and they stopped for a short lunch but there was not down time. Such a joy to work with and such fabulous work. "Brad and his people did a nice job on what turned out to be a bigger, more time consuming project than he estimated.  The job was to clean up the woodlands on a 1 acre lot (tree and shrub removal and general trimming).  The overall results met expectations, however I could not rate them higher due to the big miss that was made in estimating the job.  The owner has a great deal of experience in the business so I did not expect him to underestimate the time required to do the job by 40%.  We paid a per diem, so the cost was 40% more than estimated.  When someone with his experience tells me with "high confidence" that a job can get done in 3 days I do not expect it to turn into 5 days.  In retrospect I would get a firm quote from them.

"Half the electrical outlets went out late Thursday night and I called them around 2 on Friday. They made it out at 4 PM and we knew I needed a new electrical panel as one of the switches caught fire. He was able to get the panel late Friday but needed a few parts that he was able to get the first thing Saturday morning and have it up and everything running before noon. Amazing to be able to get parts during the Covid shutdown. Very happy with the service. He was here working until almost 8 PM on Friday evening with his wife and baby."
