He was a great troubleshooter. He found out what was wrong quickly and fixed it. He showed up early wearing a mask which my wife and I appreciated.

We needed a disability ramp in a difficult location. Mr. Sims designed and built it, on time and on budget. Excellent work. We highly recommend him.

Mike Sims always arrived on time each day, was courteous and cautious (with mask and gloves), double-checked on precisely what we wanted as the project proceeded, good to clean up everything at end of work day. Very friendly, enjoyed visiting with Mike. He was very efficient, always doing the job. Would highly recommend him to anyone.

Me Sims fixed things along the way that needed repair but always asked first. He kept himself on a tight schedule so to get done when expected.

Mr. Sims is one of the best people I've ever met and does excellent work. I would recommend him to my mother. He was on time and within budget. He did an excellent, perfect job.

If you hire Mr. Sims, make sure everything in the contract is written out very clear. He performed a fence project by himself and on "his" last day, he appeared to not want to complete the project. Probably because it took him way too long to do it. And, I had to wait an extra month for parts on my fence as he installed it incorrectly and had to make cuts where it shouldn't have been done. I was charged more for the extra parts. According to another fence contractor, he overcharged me to begin with. He argued with me constantly and admitted that the contract was not clear. I actually had to hire another contractor to reinstall my flagstone properly which Mike Sims refused to do. When I asked him to come back to at least fix the steps he installed down to the creek, he flatly refused. The flagstone was different colors and one was cracked. I hired another fence contractor to repair a section of the fence a deer had jumped and while there, he reinstalled the flagstone properly as Mike Sims refused to lay down sand first causing movement in the flagstone when stepping on it. That, too, cost me more money. I found at times he was difficult to work with as he developed an attitude.

Disappointed.

He is clean in his appearance and work habits. Professional and knowledgeable about the tasks he was doing. Pleasant demeanor. I did not have to clean up after him when the job was completed. I will certainly use his services again.

Did an excellent job. Showed up when he said he would. Cordial. Professional. He made the gate exactly as I wanted it and even picked up the post which saved me a trip to Home Depot. Pleasure to work with.

This was a very nice experience. Mike showed up when he said, he had all of his tools and equipment, and was very knowledgeable about his work. Very professional, very talented, and spotless clean up. Definitely will use him again and felt very lucky that we chose him to do our work
