"I originally hired Carpet Police to clean the carpets in my house. They were the first to respond when I got on Angie's List. Somehow, Carpet Police got usurped by another company called Arizona Island. Arizona Island did a terrible job and I called Carpet Police, again, to please come and repair the bad carpet cleaning that was done. Carpet Police did as good a job as I could possible expect to fix what went wrong. Alfonso was efficient, friendly, wore his mask when he was inside and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again."

"The cleaning crew is okay with cleaning the house. However, they did not clean areas behind doors. They are suppose to be here for 3 hours, but you'll be lucky if you can get two out of them. The last crew showed us a range of 11 - 12:30 and said that this was how long they were to spend. In fact, this was the range of when they were to arrive. The management makes promises they can't keep. We have been overcharged for less than the amount of time we were promised. We are going to look for someone else. We won't use this service again.

"Annabel is a person I could rely on to be on time and to perform her house cleaning duties to my complete satisfaction. It has always be a pleasure having Anabel around, she will do a great job and with a smile. Our place required more work than average because we had pets but Anabel did like the pets and did not mind having a bit more work. She had been working for us for around 7 years and I can tell that she is an honest reliable person. It is not easy to find the rare pearl like her, If it not for me moving out of state I would keep employing her. I never found another cleaning person (or company) as good as Annabel. If you a more formal endorsement, I authorize Annabel to give you my email address and I will send you an endorsement."

"Todd Fries and his crew arrived promptly at 6 am as promised and worked steadily until 3:30. They were thorough and professional. When the job was completed in the late afternoon, not only was all the paint removed from the sidewalks and brick walls, but they cleaned up every scrap of debris. We will certainly use Burns Powerwashing Service again and highly recommend them."

"I bought an old (1998) classic Mercedes Benz 320 class C. The car had been well cared for by an elderly couple in Green Valley Arizona. Nevertheless, there were a small dents and dings in the paint. Although the sellers were fastidious about maintenance they had not paid as much attention and care to the interior. Nothing was ripped or damaged but it was clear that the front seats and driver's door had a few smudges on it. Jim Burton was hired to clean it up and see if he could smooth over the mars in the paint. Until it was returned, I had no idea how glorious the interior could look! All stains and smudges were gone. The carpets were spotless, and the vinyl was coated with something that made it look brand new ! I had a great deal of trouble finding even one of the surface scars on the exterior. In addition, I hadn't even noticed that there was a light which misbehaved intermittently. Because Jim is so thorough, he not only noticed it but got to the bottom of the problem. It now behaves as the manufacturer intended. Jim delights in pleasing his customers. It's clear that he takes a great deal of pride in his final products."
