"I originally hired Carpet Police to clean the carpets in my house. They were the first to respond when I got on Angie's List. Somehow, Carpet Police got usurped by another company called Arizona Island. Arizona Island did a terrible job and I called Carpet Police, again, to please come and repair the bad carpet cleaning that was done. Carpet Police did as good a job as I could possible expect to fix what went wrong. Alfonso was efficient, friendly, wore his mask when he was inside and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again."

"The cleaning crew is okay with cleaning the house. However, they did not clean areas behind doors. They are suppose to be here for 3 hours, but you'll be lucky if you can get two out of them. The last crew showed us a range of 11 - 12:30 and said that this was how long they were to spend. In fact, this was the range of when they were to arrive. The management makes promises they can't keep. We have been overcharged for less than the amount of time we were promised. We are going to look for someone else. We won't use this service again.

"Annabel is a person I could rely on to be on time and to perform her house cleaning duties to my complete satisfaction. It has always be a pleasure having Anabel around, she will do a great job and with a smile. Our place required more work than average because we had pets but Anabel did like the pets and did not mind having a bit more work. She had been working for us for around 7 years and I can tell that she is an honest reliable person. It is not easy to find the rare pearl like her, If it not for me moving out of state I would keep employing her. I never found another cleaning person (or company) as good as Annabel. Job well done.  Every inch of my vehicle appeared to have been cleaned.  My only problem is the price.  I paid $149.00 to Angie's List, but Jim insisted the price was wrong and I owed an additional $100.00, which I paid.

"Teresa called me the very next morning after I went on Home Advisor. She asked about my request since I checked bi-weekly instead of bi-monthly. I was very impressed that she wanted all the facts straight. OOoops. Twice a MONTH please. We set the date for later the next week. She asked about what kind of floors I have, and she provides the cleaning supplies. We decided she would start with a deep clean of the kitchen first since she was by herself this time, and then plan a routine after two months or 4 trips. I was very impressed with how my kitchen looked AND with Teresa's professionalism !"
