J C Tarasco Construction CoJC Tarasco Construction and Painting was our contractor for a gazebo that was recently completed in our backyard. John Tarasco was our contractor when we did a large addition to our house previously and he and his crew did an amazing job. When he came over to give us a bid for the gazebo, we weren’t exactly sure what we wanted. He gave us several ideas which was really helpful, and we happily accepted his bid. Once again, he hit it out of the ball park. It turned out even nicer than we expected. His crews were professional and did quality work, and he was there to inspect every step of the process. Mike and crew provided a very competitive bid and did a fantastic job, turning up reliably, cleaning up every day with a very thorough and impressive result. SCPC Paint CompanyOur house in Sedona was very recently painted by the SCPC Paint Company, owned and operated by Gustavo Reyes. Their bid on the job was quite competitive, but more importantly, they did excellent work and we are extremely pleased. The house had a few problem areas that had previously been repaired by other companies and the paint in those areas never looked right. Gustavo and his colleagues at SCPC went over those areas several times until everything matched perfectly. Now the entire house is one uniform color and it looks fantastic. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome. In addition, these guys are a pleasure to work with; they are prompt, polite and put great care into their workmanship. Envision Painting & Roof CoatingsOmar DeSantiago and assistant arrived 15 minutes early, waited patiently until the appointed time and rang the doorbell. They very effectively removed the old hardware, masked extensively to prevent damage around, and went about removing the old sealer and stain. Three hours later the job was completed very much to my satisfaction. MOST REMARKABLY, throughout the whole process I was working within earshot and never heard a single profanity from either of them. We love the job they did for us!- John R.

Certified Home Improvements IncAaron is competent, capable, outgoing, reliable, personable, honest as the day is long, and too many more superlatives to list here. Well, one more: “Follow-up, follow-up, follow up”, is his watchword. He checked with us on a daily basis to make sure things were going as we hoped and expected. And oh, yes, did I mention that I’d also trust him with my life? Well, to keep it brief, he’s d*** good, as are the people who work for him, Francisco, Miguel, Nancy, Aurilio, and David to name a few. I think he has about 20 employees, and they handle most aspects of home remodeling, including painting, flooring, roofing, and several other things I haven’t thought about. They didn’t all work on our project, but the ones named above did. Professional! There’s another one. They know what they’re doing, and they do it right. In this instance, it was to do the interior and exterior work that would get our house ready to put on the market, and from the first day that I talked to Aaron, that became his goal too. I got estimates from a couple of other well-commended firms that did painting, but they didn’t do flooring. I chose Aaron, even though his price for the painting was higher, because he could do all three in a coordinated and efficient way. I’m glad I did, because we got more than our money’s worth, and I didn’t have to do much worrying about it, Aaron did that. Oh, I forgot “timely” in the superlative department. We started the 3rd of November, and he gave me an estimate of November 5th for finishing, then beat that by two days. In case you’re wondering, no, I’m not related to Aaron, and I never met him before. I’m saying these nice things about him because they’re true, he deserves them, and he’s majorly impressive. And yes, I wouldn’t hesitate a millisecond to use him again. In fact, I’ve been racking my brain trying to figure out how, but we’re selling the house and moving to Arizona, so it’s going to be hard.- Tony T.

Remodeling my shower by Dream Style Remodeling was the best decision that I have ever made. The quality of the product and work was amazing. My shower came out beautiful. Kyle C. and his helper did a professional job. The detail and craftmanship was out of this world. Kyle C. was polite, respectful, courtesy, professional yet, listened and provided his professional expertise. Through my experience this is one project that came out BEAUTIFUL!!! Kyle and his helper were on time, organized, clean, and always kept in contact with arrivals. I requested to change my shower door at the last minute, which Kyle purchased a shower curtain, rods and a pole. The thoughtfulness of doing this surprised me. Talk about putting the customer first. These guys are great and I will make sure to spread the word about their quality and professional talent that shows in their work. Great job and was very impressed with the quality of work.

After meeting with Kathy Nieto, we really hit it off. She offered ideas, adopted our ideas, and is great to work with. It was a real collaborative effort. When minor issues came up during the project, they were listened to and corrected. The team is incredibly responsive. In terms of budget, we did not want contractor grade, we wanted solid high/mid-range specifications. We made significant changes to our budget, primarily due to changes that we requested as we went, but even with adjustments along the way, we felt it was worth it. You get what you pay for! Nick and the field staff were fabulous. Their craftsmanship shows, they really pay attention to detail and have a great deal of pride in their work. The results exceeded our expectations! They listened extremely well and couldn’t be more helpful and so easy to work with. We highly recommend Interior Trends Remodel & Design and will certainly go back to them for future projects.

Mario and his crew were very hard working, punctual, professional, and attentive to detail. They had to first remove the old concrete and rebar, spread sand evenly, install the pavers, and put sand in the cracks. Everything looked beautiful when they finished and they cleaned up the area very well. Mario is a very skilled craftsman who oversees the work and also does some of it himself. He has taught his crew how to do the work and requires the same dedication and professionalism from them that he models. He will show you pictures of completed jobs and help you choose the best colors for your house. You will not be disappointed.
