"The equipment is junk. The main alarm panel did not work - repeatedly - they sent us three of them. The wireless sensors for the doors and windows are made of cheap plastic and repeatedly broke upon install (recessed door sensors). We had to drop down to an older model control panel to just get their system to work after going through the struggle of installing the door sensors. And now 7 months after the initial install, we are still dealing with failing pieces of equipment. The company's saving grace is their customer service and the reps. Always courteous and helpful throughout all the equipment failures. I would not recommend others to install this alarm system.

"The folks showed up a bit late but got started after getting setup. They washed the truck, including the tire wells and gas tank intake area well. The headlight restoration was very nice as well as the engine detail. There were a few areas not completely cleaned in the engine but they said she couldn't get all the grease off this particular part. The service I was very very sad about was their scratch repair. The scratches I had you could feel with your finger nail and I told them it was. They asked for my VIN number to get the right paint. It turned out they bought one of those paint capsules that are available at Auto Zone / Checkers for ~$7 but charged me $40 for it.  Then they used the brush end of the stick and it looked very bad. It was wide and bumpy and it really messed up the paint job look. It was not smooth nor did it blend in.  He said if you stand back from the truck you can't see it. Their paint scratch repair picture on their website was not a true representation of what they do.
