I asked him to adjust the pump in the toilet tank to stop the hissing it would do during the day. He adjusted the water level in the twice but it still hisses but more now than it did before. He suggested I purchase a new toliet. I have been wanting to do that but it was not in the budget. He said he'd do it for $300. The repair cost was $200 for an hours work. I thought that was high. He replaced a puddy like substance around the sink drain which had not been done when the garbage disposal was first installed."
