DriRite-CMG3, Inc. is a full service restoration company that specializes in water mitigation, fire restoration, structural defects, mold remediation, flooring, plumbing bathroom remodels and more.
"Not well. I can't even begin to explain. We are in month 3 of the project. No proper scheduling on when work would be done, most of the time we had to call to ask when this will be done when that will be done. Tiling was put up in our shower without securing the drywall to ceiling had drywall guy come out and say that should not have happened, yet project lead told us it is common we will fix it. Yep fixed it only to have more issues when caulking was done but left holes behind, floor tiling was laid and now we have gaps in our floor boards because the floor is not level yet the project lead told us that was the drywall was not level. Yet we get drywall guy out and tells us no that is the floor is not level and then we get told we have to caulk it to close the gaps between the floor tile and the base boards. Just a nightmare of excuses and when we have pointed issues out it is more well this happens and we will fix it later. I am so so tired of the lack of professionalism. Take responsibility for mistakes own up to it. Sadly I would never ever use them again."
