"I can’t say enough great things about Shepherd Contracting! From start to finish, they made my kitchen remodel an absolute breeze. I had braced myself for months of chaos, dust, and disruption, but they completely shattered those expectations. Their team understands that you’re living in your home during the renovation and goes out of their way to make it as comfortable as possible. The attention to detail, clear communication, and professionalism were second to none. They kept everything on schedule and clean throughout the process. Not only did they deliver a stunning kitchen that exceeded my expectations, but they also made what is usually a stressful experience smooth and hassle-free. If you’re looking for a contractor who genuinely cares about their clients and goes above and beyond to deliver both quality craftsmanship and exceptional service, look no further than Shepherd Contracting. I would recommend."

"I highly recommend Chris with Carben Earth. We met Chris while building our home a few months ago. Chris completed the building site, hookup for water and electrical, and completed the septic system. We were so impressed with Chris that we hired him after the house was completed to install pavers in the front yard and he completed a no climb horse fence around the entire acre property. Chris has since completed other dirt work on the property, and I intend to have him install a metal workshop in the rear yard. Chris is knowledgeable, reliable which makes the job run smoothly."

"I originally asked this company to come to my home because my hot water heater wasn't working or so I thought. It turned out to be "operator error", but since I was already thinking about getting a water softener, I asked for information. They are a no nonsense kind of company. They only install softeners that they actually use in their own homes. They are a small family owned company who are fast, efficient, and honest. I'm very pleased with the work they did and the price they quoted. No extra costs. Quality work."

Land Clearing Services questions, answered by experts

In Buckeye, land surveys for cosmetic projects like garden layouts or decorative fencing focus on basic property line identification. Functional projects, such as grading for drainage or verifying property lines for construction, require detailed measurements and topographic surveys. With Buckeye’s unique terrain and rapid development, functional surveys often address floodplain mapping or easement verification to ensure your project meets local requirements.

Helpful?

In Buckeye, completing a land survey provides immediate clarity on property boundaries, helping you avoid disputes and speed up permit approvals. Long-term, a professional survey protects your investment by preventing encroachments, supporting future improvements, and maintaining accurate property records. With Buckeye’s ongoing growth, up-to-date surveys also help ensure your property remains compliant with evolving zoning and development standards.

Helpful?

Your Buckeye property is a strong candidate for land surveying if you notice unclear property lines, plan to install a fence, build an addition, or address potential encroachments. Homes in new subdivisions, areas with changing land use, or near washes often benefit from a boundary survey. If you’re preparing for a sale or resolving deed inconsistencies, a land surveyor can provide crucial documentation.

Helpful?

Start by reviewing your deed and any previous boundary survey documents for your Buckeye property. Walk the lot to locate visible property markers and take clear photos of any concerns, such as unclear corners or missing pins. Never move or disturb survey monuments, as this is prohibited in Arizona. If you’re unsure about property lines or notice discrepancies, consult a local land surveyor for accurate guidance.

Helpful?

A standard boundary survey for a residential property in Buckeye typically takes three to five business days, depending on lot size and accessibility. More complex surveys—such as those involving topography, floodplain analysis, or research into historical property lines—may take several weeks. Seasonal weather, like monsoon storms, and permit reviews can also impact the timeline for completing your land survey.
