"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

With that being said they are scheduled out about 2 months in advance, so don't expect to call and get an appointment in the next few weeks, especially if you are a new customer! They just don't have the Techs to handle all the business they get and they would prefer to service repeat customers, which I find refreshing in the day of "New Customer specials and discounts for new people" They take care of the customers that have already used their services. I appreciate that very much! I don't want to have to find a new company when I am extremely happy with one I already use. "highly recommend staying away from Arizona Fireplaces. We just spent $5k on a fireplace that we can not use because it blew the breaker. We were never told that we would need a dedicated wall outlet. Just had Hobaica come out and to do this work it will be an additional $1500. We are beyond upset and displeased. If we would of known this ahead of time we would have not purchased it. AGAIN STAY FAR AWAY FROM ARIZONA FIREPLACES."

"The first repairman showed up approx. 30 minutes after 5:00 and was here for approx. an hour and a half. He thought the problem was fixed (and so did I), but the next morning when I ran it, it did the same thing it was doing before the fix. I called Sears to get someone else back out that day and was told it would be another 6 days before they could. To me that was unacceptable. I was told I could not talk to anyone other than a supervisor on the phone (I went through 4 different women supervisors) and they were not cooperating. I could not find any other number to call or way to contact a higher authority. When I finally mentioned a lawyer, they managed to get someone out in 2 days instead. He managed to fix the machine and showed up on time - although the machine sounds terrible now when it is in the spin cycle. I will never use them again and would not recommend them to anyone."
