"We are sorry that you feel you had a bad experience with us.Unfortunately the statements you have made are not true. You did pay for your vehicle ahead of time, your choice, we did not ask for payment from you,because you dropped off your Buick to have repairs done first. Those repairs we completed without any complaints from you. You swapped out your Buick for the Sentra, the day before the long Thanksgiving weekend. We explained to you that we would not be starting repairs until after the holiday and you understood that. On Monday after the holiday weekend you called and said you would be picking up your Sentra on Friday, not Wed. and we said that would be fine. The Tues. afternoon you call and indicated you needed your vehicle on Weds. not Fri. and we indicated to you at that time, we would do everything we could to get the repairs done on wed. Then you said you had made an appointment at your mechanic shop for Thursday am and could we pick you up at the mechanic shop and take you home. We indicated to you that we were short handed and could not give you a ride home. You changed your plans(which is fine) but did not communicate those changes to us, so that we could stay on track with your vehicle repairs. Again, we are sorry about the experience you had with us and are glad to hear that you were able to find someone that fit your need's."

I had an unfortunate 'flying wrench hit the front of my Hyundai Santa Fe' situation on the freeway last month. It dented the hood, cracked the grill in multiple places, and scratched off a bit of paint. I went to three different auto body shops to get repair estimates before choosing Full Circle. The first shop told me the hood and grill both needed to be replaced and quoted me a price of $2200. The second shop said the dent in the hood could be repaired and painted but the grill needed to be replaced and quoted me a price of $1200. The third (Full Circle) said the dent in the hood could be repaired and painted but the grill needed to be replaced and quoted me a price of $787. And almost $400 of the estimate was the parts cost for the replacement grill from Hyundai! Tony explained that most shops charge for painting but that really I should only be charged for blending, which explains the difference in the estimates from the two shops that planned to do the same work.
We picked a date to start the repair when I would be going out of town so that I wouldn't have to rent a car. I dropped my car off and Tony offered to give me a ride to the airport - what a guy! I turned him down because it was a bit far, but I really appreciated it. While I was out of town, Tony completed the repair. He offered to meet me at the shop on a federal holiday (July 4th) for me to pick up my car. Again, I turned him down because he deserves a vacation, too, but I appreciated it! I picked up my car super early before work the next day, and it looked absolutely perfect. Not only was Full Circle the least expensive of the three estimates, but the work done was impeccable, I enjoyed Tony and Lisa, and I felt my car was in the very best hands while it got repaired. I highly recommend this auto body shop!

I chose Full Circle Auto Body to repaint my 2004 Acura RSX based on the favorable reviews on Angie's list.
This turned out to be an excellent decision!
The main points:
Full Circle Auto Body did an excellent job, repainting my car. They did some minor body work, filling small dents and replacing the badly weather beaten "windowsills" below the driver and passenger side windows. The paint was "color sanded" and "clear coated" so there is no "orange peel" in the finish. The paint job now actually looks much better than when this car was new! They did a fantastic job! Full Circle Auto Body also polished and sealed my headlight covers at no charge, wow, what a difference in appearance and improved lighting while driving at night! They also detailed the car inside and under the hood, again, like new! The owners are classic "Ma and Pa" types. Tony gave me a ride to the rental car office, when I dropped off my car. Lisa was friendly and professional doing the estimate and billing; she really knows her stuff!
The bottom line: Full Circle did exactly what they promised to do, on price, on schedule.
I'm extremely happy with the results!
