The first salesman we had was flaky, but he left Allied Iron. Everyone else has been very knowledgable and professional. I like the fact that you can design the door or gate the way you want, not simply select from a fixed list of models. We were able to see how everything, including the door handle is custom built. I like the fact that we were able to see our door and gate before powder coating. We requested a minor change, which they handled no problem. Installation was quick. The product is not cheap, but considering it is a custom product with high quality, it is worth it.

our salesman was very nice and professional. Many beautiful doors to choose from. We were told 6-8 weeks to have made and installed and it was done in exactly 8 weeks. Doors are gorgeous!

We first met the Allied Iron company at the Maricopa Home Show about one year before we were ready to pull the trigger to put up new gates on the sides of our house and a small entrance gate for our casita. Mike was very courteous, honest and took his time to understand our needs. This project is a small piece of a much larger remodel, so Mike offered various suggestions and recommendations as to the style, size and privacy of the design in keeping with the overall architecture of the home. He was thorough and honest in terms of cost, the measurement taking process and the fabrication time for the 3 gates. From sale to installation, the process took all of 7 weeks. Mike proactively provided periodic email status updates as well as a design description and photo for us to approve before fabrication, which were all very reassuring. Once our custom designs were complete, the installers arrived on time and introduced themselves in a professional manner. The results are beautiful! Our pet is now safely contained in our backyard and my mom feels so much more secure with a beautiful gate to adorn her patio. Thank you, Allied Iron for such quality and professional service. The new door turned a very drab looking front door into a beautiful iron/security door. The door has an outer screen with hinged and locked frosted glass inner piece that can be unlocked and swung open providing security yet free flow of air during nice weather days. This door is very classy looking and was well worth the money!

It was a great experience compared to the first contractor I hired to do the job. Originally I hired First Impressions Ironworks who was terrible with quality and customer service. Allied iron was great from start to finish. I made the mistake going with the other guys first. Live & learn.

It went very well. The quality of construction, and their ability to match the unique design of our door was outstanding. You will find their process and fabrication to be top notch. I would highly recommend them. Interviewed three other companies before choosing Allied Iron. They are local, and their prices were very competitive. Excellent workmanship!

Excellent service. The entire process took longer than the original estimate, partly due to the holidays in November and December and partly due to a issue with a subcontractor Allied Gate uses in production. The design process was great. The removal of my old door and installation of the new one was fantastic. The crew was very professional and the end result is amazing!

On time and at the price quoted.

When the door was installed, the installers were on time, efficient, and cleaned up the area well after installation. The door seems to be great. When ordering, allow more time than anticipated for fabrication. The end result will be great.

GREAT! From the beginning everyone we talked to was knowledgeable and professional. We shopped 4 other options in the Valley before deciding on Allied. We met them at their shop and saw their work. They sent someone to our home to measure. Everything was included. Their installers were great and the door fit perfectly! They ensured our alarm system remained intact as well. All options and issues were thoroughly discussed and we got exactly what we wanted, when we wanted it!

We had a great experience with Allied Iron. They created a great design for the front door, helped us select the right finish, handles and glass. They were willing to help with re-powder coating the original gate to fix the issues at a reasonable cost - even though they weren't the original manufacturer. They were very knowledgeable, professional and responsive. If you want an iron/powder coated door or gate, we highly recommend Allied Iron!!

The door is beautiful. The company is very customer service minded. Was on time and did a professional job. Had a small issue with one dead bolt, which they came next morning and repaired. Highly recommend.

The process was amazing. We called Allied Gates and Jason came out to the house. He took some measurements and then came in and proceeded to show us pictures as well as view pictures of gates that we had seen on different websites. He compiled the ideas that we liked and did computer drawings of the potential gates tweaking the drawings as he went. He always returned phone calls promptly and answered all of our questions and concerns. Jason did not tells us what we wanted to hear; if we came up with an idea that wouldn't be feasible, Jason told us. We appreciated his honesty. The time that Jason took with us sealed the deal!

Great! Their communication was excellent as well as their workmanship! They delivered better service than what they said! They told me that it would be 6 to 8 weeks and they were on the lower end exactly at 6 weeks, which made me happy! It happened to be 110 out the day they did the installation, but Levi, the manager, still came out to make sure the job was done RIGHT, which I really appreciated! If you're looking for a New gate, look no more! I did all the research on the companies that send out flyers as well as the ones at the Home Show, and Allied Gate Company consistently had the highest marks at 5* which is extremely hard to get in a service industry! They also had an A+ Rating with the BBB and a 5* with Yelp! They know what good Customer Service means! They want to please you!
