2nd time we have used them. Father and son did an excellent job on a very dirty grill on a hot day. Arrived on time and took 2 1/2 hours to get it sparkling. good job.

Kevin is great! Call him! Don't use his website email as he is having problems. I called him and we were scheduled immediately for the next available appointment. He showed up that day on time and ready. He showed concern for my property and did a fantastic job. My old grill is now like new. I expected him to clean the grill but he even fixed the igniter that a packrat and chewed up. I will use his service again, and regularly. Came on time and worked long and h****** cleaning the grills. Did a great job. Well worth the money. Glad I found Kevin.

Current owner is Kevin Chavez in Phoenix area. I contacted several companies for this. Outside the $490 quote, Acme was very competitive with the others. He accepted credit cards and had an organized schedule which the other two in his price range did not. He was prompt and professional and very neat around our flagstone bar top. He even put up his own umbrella to avoid working on a hot stainless grill. I did buy new brickettes myself instead of having him try to clean the existing ones. I have to admit that he wasn't able to get all of the black off the inside cover because it was burned on so deep from lack of cleaning for 5 years. I felt the surface and the small amount of black was even with the clean stainless area. There was no scratching it off. Aside from that, the grill looked great. The cost included cleaning the double side burner as well. It was well worth the price. What he did in 3 hours would have taken me at least day, a big mess, tons of paper towels and cost me a new manicure. I plan on using Acme (Kevin) on a regular basis now.

Kevin, the current owner, showed up right on time. It was a hot, miserable day and, given the mess I'd made of my barbecue, a truly miserable job. My back has been out for the past 18 months; I do almost all my cooking on the grill but because of the chronic pain have not managed to make myself do this job.
He cleaned the excessively dirty grill from stem to stern. He scoured caked-on grease and dirt off the inside of the cover; he scrubbed baked-on grease and dust off the outside; he steam-cleaned the heavy cast-iron grills and the stainless-steel veggie shelf until they looked just like new. He removed grease, dust, and grime from the exterior and polished the stainless sections until they also looked like new. He even cleaned the metal scrub brush I use to beat back the worst of the grease! And then he fixed the starter switch so that it now works without complaint.
My son (adult, living in his own place and not having to deal with the contraption), felt a hundred and fifty bucks was too much to pay to get the BBQ cleaned. But at no time did I notice my son leaping to scrub this thing out. Kevin showed up at 11 a.m. and worked until after 1 p.m. on a very hot day. I felt the job he did was well worth $150. Absolutely I would recommend him to others, and I expect I will hire him about once a year to come tackle the grease monster.

The company showed up promptly at the appointed time.The technicians were very friendly, courteous and professional. The price seemed a bit on the high side for the services performed. They did an excellent job cleaning and degreasing the grill. However, there may have been a mis-communication, as I called mainly to have a repair performed on the grill ignitors, but the service personnel that came seemed to be grill cleaning, rather than repair specialists. Therefore, the repairs I needed were able to be only partially completed.

He was punctual and did a complete cleaning. Price also included
replacing a gas line so that it met code. We are very pleased with this
service.

I tried to clean it myself, but was unsuccessful. They were able to dismantle the grill and clean and polish it. They did a wonderful job. They were very careful and even covered the patio to protect it. They even instructed me on how all the parts of the grill worked. It was one of the best experiences I have had with a provider.

This was a very pleasant experience. Joe came and cleaned a very caked up blackened grill and repaired one of the igniters. This was completed in a couple of hours and our grill was ready for the 4th.

I contacted ACME Grill Cleaning after requesting quotes from three vendors with generally favorable ratings on Angie's List. Joe responded to my RFQ immediately himself and opened a dialogue to understand my needs so he would be able to quote. I have a smaller-sized stainless steel grill (less than 36and quot; grilling surface) with side burner and back mounted searing burner. Thanks to the lifetime warranty from Char Broil I had already received some replacement parts. The task was to assemble the new internal cooking components, new ignition system, deep clean, and tune up the system. Much to my pleasant surprise, after Joe personally assessed the required work he revised the original estimate down slightly!
Joe arrived on-time and reviewed the work to be done with me personally. He spent several hours on the project and clearly pays attention to every detail. After he was done, he explained everything he did and answered my questions. Joe also gave me some helpful hints to help me better use and prolong the life of my grill.

Gave me several helpful tips on using and cleaning my grill. Arrived when promised. Super job well done. Took about 2 hours. Very friendly. I will definitely use them again.

We purchased a new Weber gas grill from Lowe's. They assembled and delivered but would not attach to the gas line. We contacted Joe for the service. He was very responsive. The fee was quite reasonable for a safe hookup. He explained our gas lines to us and gave us some pointers on how to extend the life of our investment. We will definitely contact him again. Thank you for the great service.

Joe did a great job, in cleaning my grill. I thought I had a propane gas leak on my grill. He pointed out that it was my tanks. He cleaned it awsome, I yet to get some gas and try it out, I look forward to that this weekend.

Joe was professional and very friendly on the phone as well as when he was at my home. He spent at least 2 hours performing his service and did an excellent job. I guarantee my grill was a disaster and now it looks like new....I can't believe how great it looks.

Did a great job. He responded very quickly to my request. Steam cleaned grill parts, cleaned grill inside and out, and lined pan for drippings. He told me we didn't need a new ignitor, the grill just needed cleaning and he put in a new battery. I will use him on an annual basis.

It was great. He did some preliminary research on the parts needed in advance, came by to inspect, noticed I had all the necessary parts to convert, made the changes, the inspected and adjusted all valves, etc. Awesome experience. I would definitely call on them again.

Joe was very responsive and friendly when I called for a repair of my gas grill. He came out the same day, fixed our grill, and cleaned it. I would highly recommend his services.
