Arrived on time. BBQ looks great and igniters now work. Cleaned out detritus under the built in BBQ, and left the area clean. I'm very pleased with the service, and would use again.

Tracy Chartier did an excellent job. We have not had our grill cleaned in 5 years and we thought it might not be salvageable. It looks almost new now. I highly recommend Good As New BBQ Cleaning. He also showed me how to use it correctly and showed me how to use the searer which I didn't even know I had!!

Tracy was great. Very professional and helpful, very friendly, and right on time. Our grill was looking sad after several years of use and he made everything shine in only a few hours. Even had some tips to keep it looking good. Would definitely have him come out if we need any repairs or another cleaning.

Tracy came to my place to clean and repair a 15+ year old Weber Genesis propane grill. Looks good and works great again, hope to get another 15 years out of it. Courteous, professional, did a fine job.

Tracy was terrific. Couldn't have been nicer or more professional. He repaired my leaking gas line quickly. He noticed I'd recently had my BBQ cleaned and asked who had done it. I told him and told him how much I paid. He was astounded and said he could have done it as well for less than a fourth of what I paid. I'll be calling him next year when it is time to do an annual cleanup. I can't recommend him highly enough.

So happy we found Tracy and his company. He was able to service our barbecue in a timely manner, and was very knowledgeable and professional. He performed meticulous work over the course of four hours, and was honest about not needing to replace parts that merely required repair. He left with our 6 year old grill in nearly new condition, and we have had no more problems with leaking gas. In addition, the burners are functioning properly again with no more clogged holes and dead spots.

Tracy was easy to schedule a time in terms of his responsiveness and he texted me the day before as a reminder and he showed up on time. He took about 3 1/2 hours and did a superb job thoroughly cleaning the entire grill. He was very knowledgable and he was especially patient as I asked him a number of questions concerning grill routine maintenance and use. I will use Tracy again and I highly recommend him for the quality work he provides and attention to detail.

I called Tracy and made an appointment. He responded to my call immediately and arrived at my home exactly as promised. Tracy spent about 3 hours doing a deep clean of my BBQ and did an excellent job. He took the time to point out a few issues he noted while working on my BBQ and patiently explained future care and maintenance recommendations. Tracy is professional, polite and obviously an expert in restoring BBQ's. I will definitely hire him again and recommend his services to anyone wanting a fair price for exceptional work.

I hired Tracy to clean my built-in BBQ grill which hasn't been maintained in over 6 years. He did a fantastic job and it now looks brand new! He responded to my initial phone call immediately and we scheduled a convenient time. He did it on-site in about 2 hours. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone! A+!

The repair went well. The service rep worked on the repair without taking short cuts by replacing and charging additional. he took his time to ensure that I got the best value for the work required. Very satisfied. Will call them for future work and cleaning.

Tracy arrived right on time and was very friendly. He worked for about three hours and scrubbed our grill spotless. He cleaned all the tiny burner holes that were terribly clogged and were keeping it from cooking evenly. It looks almost brand new and it fires right up. He replaced some of our briquettes that were cracked and broken, and he gave me tips on maintaining it so it'll last longer. He completely cleaned up afterwards and put everything back just like it was. When I called to ask him about his services, he helped troubleshoot our ignition switch problem and told me how to fix it over the phone! Great service, and I love supporting locally-owned businesses.

Tracy gave me an estimate the day that I contacted him at the exact time that he said that he would be here. He was able to come back for the cleaning & repair the next day. He cleaned my grill perfectly and now I will not be embarrassed to invite friends over for a bar-b-q because my grill looks brand new. He cleaned up the area where he cleaned the grill so that you would not know how dirty my grill was. Tracy is very professional and pleasant and timely.

Tracy did an amazing job cleaning our grill. We recently moved into the house and the grill looked like it hadn't been cleaned or used in a long while. I reached out to Tracy and received a very quick response. Within two days Tracy was here and showed up on time. The grill looks so much better than it did before. I couldn't be happier with the service that Tracy provided. My 10 year old BBQ grill looks fabulous and good as new and I hadn't used it in at least 4 years. He did a professional job making sure to protect the surrounding areas of the built-in barbeque and even cleaned the propane tank and vacuumed out underneath where the tank sits. He confirmed the appointment the day before, was very prompt, very courteous and reasonably priced.

He came today, as promised, to do the work needed on our grill. I thought I had let my grill go "a little beyond" what it should have, but he has it looking almost like new (it is 10 years old), and all shined up. The new ignition is a bit more powerful than the original. We are extremely pleased, and will definitely use him again!

Tracy kept men informed on the order status and when we could have the work completed. He was always polite and kept his word on the appointment. Regrettably my grill was reconfigured incorrectly by the last homeowner and the repair didn't happen. He didn't charge a cent even though he purchased the parts...and he pointed me in the direction of my new island grill. I will use Tracy's services again and I recommend everyone to use him.
