After experiencing a leak in our 25 year old tile roof during a heavy rain, we contacted Industrial Roofing and signed a replacement contract at 8:30 on a Saturday morning. By 9 AM a crew showed up to start the project. It was completed a day later on Sunday at a fair price. We couldn?t have been more satisfied with the timely job done. No more worries about rain that was forecasted later in the week. The project was well managed and cleaned up.

Charles was very professional and communicated thoroughly from the start to finish. His crew performed the work in a professional and detailed workman like manner. The first day was power washing the entire house, walls and block fence for the entire yard. Patching and caulking of stucco as needed. The taping and masking of the project was so detailed to ensure the potential over spray to different colors or neighbors property was mitigated. They cleaned up afterwards and left my yard like it was when they arrived. I could go on and on. The thought of painting your entire house is a big decision financially and emotionally. Charles and his crew made this decision less stressful than I was expecting. If you are looking to have your house painted and are getting several quotes, I would encourage you to make sure that you give Charles an opportunity to provide you a quote. I think you will be glad you did.

Did a great job! Finished in 3 days and it looks great. Once we were ready to start he came within a few days brought a great crew and were in and out quickly. Quality paint job-even fixed a broken piece of siding for us.

David came to give me a quote the same day I requested. He and his crew did an excellent job with our house painting project and repair of 2 sheds. He kept us informed of our project and was on the job communicating with us and his crew. He was so easy to work with.

David Trail and his team were incredible to work with. I put in a request for a quote and he was here the same day to take a look at the house and gave us a quote on the spot. He then arrived with his team a few days later and they got started. If it wasn’t for the terrible weather they would have been done in 2 days but it took 3 1/2 due to wind and rain which just cannot be avoided. But they showed up every day and did what they could do. They were AMAZING to work with and when my husband and I had questions David was there with answers. We decided to add one thing to the project and changes or anything that we thought of on the fly he was always there with a yes sir and a yes ma’am so professional so kind and great to work with! Do yourself a favor and hire Charles D Trail Industrial Roofing LLC. We hired another contractor from Thumbtack he couldnâ t get in touch with his painter so back to the drawing board and contacted Charles through HomeAdvisor he called me within a couple of hours came the same day; loved his excellent professional attitude, great personality and gave us a super fair quote! The painters came the next day did an excellent job and completed painting our home within 1 day and a few hours the next day! Thank you Charles from the bottom of our hearts.
