Owner really cared about my questions,comments,ideas and tragedy from the tornado.He spoke in words I'd understand and helped me understand the process of insurance coverage..He was always available for questions and concerns...All his staff was always professional,respectful of my property,and always on time and cleaned up well!!!..When I couldn't be there ... they sent me pictures as needed for questions they had..I highly recommend this company...I'll be a customer for life now!!! They will be installing my new windows soon.i can't wait for my new clean beautiful home...

Roof replacement, including removing two layers of old roof, was completed in one day with a large crew of workers, cleanup was good. Repair of water damaged ceiling was unsatisfactory, worker called back three days for subpar painting and repairs. Ceiling trim was spattered with white paint and left in this condition with no offer to correct. Painter dripped paint on flooring and tracked paint onto carpeting in adjacent room. Siding repair was excellent as well as some sheet metal work. Roofing seems to be Integrity?s main interest and in other areas quality of work suffered.

Integrity was customer friendly and did a wonderful job on my roof. I was so impressed with their work I referred them to a friend.
