New or old construction I'm very clean not only with my work but also on all you windows and floors.I love to see a satisfied look on your face before I get paid. And I also follow up if there is any damage done by the next project after my drywall is completed.Take much pride in the entire job. Also if you have patch work of any kind I can match any texture to the perfection.Different textures take different consistency in the mud and material and I know all the flows all the textures. Not being to prideful about the business name "Know it all Drywall".Its just all I've ever known and Ive got real good at that specific area in my life .I also offer special finishes for kitchen walls or special areas.

"Great customer service! Apex came right out and helped me with tornado damage when no one else could. He even found someone to come out and help me cut tress off of my building. (Help was hard to come by after the tornado.). Very professional and really good work. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a contractor/handyman. He’s both."

Drywall Insulation questions, answered by experts

Selling a house with spray foam insulation can be challenging due to concerns about improper installation or its compatibility with the home's structure. If not applied correctly, spray foam can cause issues such as moisture buildup, cracking, or damage to wiring and plumbing. If the insulation didn't cure correctly, there are also flammability concerns. Removing or repairing this type of insulation can pose risks as well.

It’s technically possible to install loose-fill cellulose insulation without a blower, but it’s much more time-consuming, tedious, and dangerous. You’ll need to wear the proper protective coverings to handle the cellulose after it’s been doused in boric acid; use a shovel when you can to transport the material from the bag into the wall cavity.

That said, if you purchase cellulose materials at a home improvement store, ask if they rent out blowers for free or at a discounted rate. In many cases, if you buy the material from the store, they’ll rent out the blower at no extra cost.

No, 55 degrees Fahrenheit is not too cold for a house, as it’s a temperature that will keep your pipes and appliances from freezing. Well-insulated homes can even go to 50 degrees, but check with an HVAC pro before opting for such a low temperature. Stick to 55 degrees to be on the safe side.

Single-pane windows might let in the cold, but if you’re not ready for a long-term solution or window replacement, there are quick fixes to keep your space warmer. Start by sealing gaps with weatherstripping or caulking around the frame to block drafts. For an extra barrier, apply window insulation film to the glass, trapping an air pocket between the film and the window. Thick curtains or thermal drapes can also help keep the chill at bay. And if you’re in a pinch and looking to get creative, bubble wrap can provide a surprisingly effective layer of insulation—just spritz the window with water and press it on, bubble side in.

Canned spray foam has an R-value of R-3.7 per inch. However, it’s not great for use as insulation. Also known as single-component spray foam, it doesn’t expand as much as two-part types that work for insulating the whole house. Save the canned foam for gaps around doors and windows.
