OJ was incredibly responsive and easy to work with. I remodeled a kitchen, two bathrooms, added a porch, and did some other renovations long distance. It was stressful- but OJ kept in contact regularly, answered my 1 million questions, and was patient with me when I changed my mind. He would work with my schedule when I could come to town.. I cannot recommend him and his crew highly enough.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! We had our service line raised and the electrician identified several issues with wiring we were unaware of. I highly recommend OJ for any and all home needs! Fast and efficient service for a very reasonable price!

We hired Shelby Properties to fix and repair the bathroom in our 95 year old house. OJ called me back within 20 minutes of getting the inquiry with home advisor, was at our house in an hour to give us a estimate and they started work the next day! Which is a great thing when the floor is rotting out! The project was done within a week and it looks phenomenal. OJ was great with giving us updates on the project and was very responsive to a few changes we made along the way. It is now the best room in our home. We will definitely be calling on OJ again as things come up with our house.

I hired Shelby Properties, LLC for a drywall issue I was having and ended up hiring them to also paint 4 rooms. OJ was very prompt and knew exactly how to get the jobs done. They did a perfect job on the drywall and the painting. I would recommend Shelby Properties, LLC to anyone and will definitely hiring them for any project around my home. I had a garage ceiling replaced. Shelby Properties did a great job. OJ checked numerous times to ensure work was done properly and I was informed of the progress. Happy with the results.

We had quite a bit of work done at our house and Shelby Properties was the one we called. The biggest job was to remove the popcorn from the ceiling of our entire house. This was quite a chore and extremely messy. (We were warned in advance about the dust.) We also had some roof leaks that Shelby Properties helped get fixed before the inside work could get done. In addition we had some skylights and an attic fan removed thus creating work for new sheet rock and painting. We also had new bathroom lights put in and a redo on the master bathroom walls. All the jobs were done to our complete satisfaction, but it took a little longer than I initially was thinking. I can't complain too much because I kept adding to my "bucket-list" of things I wanted to have done and it was a BIG job. We have other jobs around the house that I want to take care of and Shelby Properties is the team we're planning to call. OJ, the contractor, was thorough and would check in with us practically every day to see if we're satisfied with the work and if we had any concerns. Anything we mentioned, he was quick to take care of. He expects his crew to do quality work and he inspected their work daily. He worked hard to see that we were satisfied customers. His team did a good job cleaning up after themselves and not leaving the house in a wreck. We would recommend Shelby Properties to anyone who might be thinking of doing some things around the house that requires skilled workers and technicians.
