"They were very pretty straight forward in setting up the whole negotiation. The person in charge who was the manager in the global office area was very responsive. He basically followed every step of the way with his crew and he was a nice person to deal with. There were no surprises. They also changed the whole shingles. So I think I have to wait for the rainy season for the quality of that but it seems very good. The quality of the material is excellent because I investigated with them the type of material, the suppliers that they are dealing with like the material that don’t show up by the end of years and all that. They were all excellent quality. I would recommend them. They were very loyal and I had no problem with them."
