"I called this company because of a Big Deal they had on the Angie's List. I called and was told that it would not be quite the right unit for my situation (since it was not a heat pump and I needed a heat pump). The company owner though came out the next day and gave me the most reasonable estimate I got from any company for the installation, and they also were able to help secure financing. They came back out a few days later for the install. They were a couple hours late due to car trouble with the service van, but I have to say the two men doing the install were the most pleasant workers I've ever had come into my house. I really enjoyed talking to them about the install. They had a hard time getting the air handler to fit, but kept at it until they got it in there securely and with a good, solid airflow. The owner also called me afterward to check on the work. Overall, a very positive experience!

They gave us a full disclosure of  all options available to handle our high moisture/mold problem in crawlspace as well as total costs. Showed up as scheduled and work was done in timely manner. Employees were courteous and professional.

On the initial job, a drain and dehumidifier were installed which needs yearly service. They came out one year after installation and serviced the dehumidifier as promised.

"Roberto was the technician and he was very professional, polite, and personable. He inspected the rest of our system and told us things that needed to be changed or repaired. He showed me pictures of everything. Everything he told me about was accurate. He quoted me a price for R38 insulation , Some of our ducts were plastic and he recommended them to be changed. I agreed completely and didn't know they were plastic. I would have had them done the work but I had no price comparisons to make and besides I didn't have the money right then. So he just finished the vent cleaning and left his card. He did a great job on the vent cleaning and was happy with the work."
