I just wish there was an even more powerful way to describe the outstanding, professional service and workmanship we received from Ted at First Class Tile. From the very first call through the day of completion was a first class experience, and we could not be happier with the entire process. The day I called Ted for an estimate, he was able to come and provide detailed recommendations and pricing. His formal written estimate was exactly what he described in person earlier that day. He got us scheduled quickly, and worked with us on questions and design elements in the days leading up to the job. AND guess what ! He showed up on time or even a few minutes early each day to begin work. And WORK HE DID ! He quickly set up and protected our floors all the way to outside the house. He worked Clean, fast, and efficiently. Each day he explained what would be completed that day, and he always accomplished what he said he would. "They did a great job remodeling my sunroom"

"I had my windows cleaned by "Austin Early Bird" (another great company I found on HomeAdvisor) and the lead person on the cleaning team told me that the seals had been broken on some of my windows and moisture was collecting between the window panes. I had noticed that on several of the windows and at first I thought that the moisture on the windows was due to it being colder inside the house than on the outside. I told him that I would look into getting the windows repaired/replaced in the very near future. He asked me if I wanted him to tag the windows with painters tape. I told him sure and that the gesture was very thoughtful. The following month on a Sunday I did some research on HomeAdvisor’s website and decided to send an email inquiry to the contact person at Statewide Remodeling, Inc. Within hours of sending the email I received an email reply from someone at the Customer Relations Department with a contact phone number to call. Mr. Dial, the Design Consultant, was prompt, courteous, and very knowable about the product, specifications, installation and financing if needed. I was given a list of contacts at Statewide Remodeling, Inc. for any project questions and concerns. Within 48 hours of Mr. Dial leaving my home I received a Thank You Card from him which was a nice touch and unexpected. I was impressed with the quality of the windows and the installation process. The installers were courteous, professional, and efficient. The workmanship is beautiful and will last a lifetime. The entire team was great to work with. I really appreciated the ease of communication from start to finish. I highly recommend them and I plan on using them again in the future with further window restorations."
