Instant Cleaning Solution provides interior and exterior home services. We specialize in opening, closing and maintaining vacation homes in the Lake Hamilton area. We can ready your vacation home before your arrival so you don't have to do a thing when you get here... except relax. We will do everything from detailing your boat and cleaning up the home exterior of cobwebs and debris to stocking your refrigerator and turning down beds. During your stay, we can be available to assist with events, child care, errands and more. After your departure, we will close your estate... clean up exterior and interior, haul trash, check security and monitor your home while you are away if needed.

"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"
