Called on 04-08-2019 and they came right out early the next morning. Service manager Ricky was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He explained exactly what had happened and what they would do to fix it (the expansion valve sensing bulb bracket had come loose and over time vibrated and caused a leak in the outer unit.) The repair was done quickly and the price was fair. We will most definitely call Climate Control again and will make them "our guys" for all HVAC issues in the future. Highly recommend this company!

Initial contact with Climate Control arose from malfunction of older York system. Response was very quick and recommdation (Jimmy) was to upgrade. Typically trying to save money, I opted for repair which was immediate and effective. Several weeks later, another malfunction on the internal unit. Lesson learned - listen to Jimmy. Since upgrading was inevitable, I requested a high end efficiency unit. Jimmy's quote included complete removal and replacement of old system, 2 year labor warranty and 10 year parts and 12 year compressor warranty. I added a 5 year extension of labor warranty at extra cost. After much online research and review of this new Trane system revealed the bid was within the average cost range considering all that was involved in this job. Concerns I had were responded to by owner Jason East in a friendly, cooperative, helpful manner. Technicians John, Pedro and Cory were completely knowledgeable, professional and their quality of work was outstanding. The job was completed timely and efficiently. Absolutely a positive experience with Climate Control. First impressions of the new unit itself (Trane 20i SEER) are positive as well. Quiet with well balanced temperature inside. Additional comments on the unit itself may be added at a future time.

This work was done on a complete heating/air system installed by Climate Control 2-3 years ago and therefore no charge.  Response to service call was within hours in a professional manner.  I was told that former customers got precedence over new customers and we have been very satisfied with work.

They installed the new heating and air conditioning unit in 2008. They have been servicing it since then. I am very pleased with them. They are very reliable. I would highly recommend them. The owner's name is Jason East. Jason is very detail oriented and he is very knowledgeable about his field. He is also prompt, which is a big problem out here.
