"I had had two small projects that I needed done; repair a screen in a screen door that had torn open and a wooden gate that wouldn’t close shut anymore. I met Chad durning the week and he told me how he was going to make the repairs and the approximate cost for each project. "I actually re-hired Bret Franks Construction. Bret and team initially built my house with a completion date of 2018 and he exceeded expectations. That led me to re-hire Bret to do an addition in 2019. Like with the house, Bret has exceeded my expectations with the addition.
