Of the four Contractors from whom we got bids, Justin and Weather Proofing Experts was the only one who was willing to go the extra mile by pointing out the problem with the roof/drainage at the back door.  It was pretty obvious once he pointed it out, but none of the other Companies said anything about it.  That says QUALITY to me. Pride in their work and experience coupled with knowledge.  The job went off without a hitch. The gutters were installed by a different crew and they did a good job too. I've already recommended Weather Proofing Experts to a couple of friends who will have a need for their services and will most definitely call on them again!  There's a lot to be said for being able to trust a Company when the Dollar Amount is large.  Thanks to Justin B. and to the crew.

"The first tech could not do the job due to an extreme allergy to my cats. So the 2nd tech from Church Services was dispatched, he arrived the next day. (NOTE: I had expressed urgency because the circuit was on the refrigerator. Physically I could not move the refrigerator in order to plug in a temporary extension cord) The short was located & receptacle replaced.NOW comes the issue: It was my understanding that "Service Call Fee" of $45 was what I was expected to pay and because I have the Total Plan, I would NOT responsible for any additional fees ( "If we can't repair it, we'll replace it" from CHW TV ad). The tech insisted (rather condescendingly) that I pay additional $ for the work performed. He did not give me a receipt. When I asked for one, he said he would send by e-mail, He didn't. I tried to call the 24/7 phone number ...NO ONE ANSWERED."

"Best Buy did an amazing job mounting the my sound bar to my TV. They went above and beyond what I thought they could do. Definitely would hire again for future projects. Highly recommend Jack, he was the installer who helped me today!!"

"While they got the job done eventually and their customer services and techs were sweet, the company needs to be MUCH more crystal clear and upfront about a few things before they eagerly take payment. 1. This is not a company for novice clients as they only do work remotely and expect you to have all hardware properly installed before hand. So perhaps they should only sign up for software issues with clients like me who are hardware dummies. I had to struggle on my own for hours buying and trying to figure out where to plug items (again I am basically an old lady technophobe as they say). 2. They also don't make it clear that you are not scheduling an appt in the traditional sense but rather scheduling a position in a phone queue at say a time like 7 pm eastern. So you end up sitting by the phone at 7 pm for 45 minutes waiting for them to call (since apparently you are 10th in the queue). All this is fine, but it should be the first few things you bring up when someone works with you esp for 137 an hour as there are other local companies one can work with if they seek non remote service. In short, your people are great and sweet, but the upfront disclosure is lacking."

Thank goodness it was in the garage. I was not happy that I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades which were not covered by my policy."
